Reference to the air cleanliness level standard for food cleanrooms
1. The air cleanliness level of food industry cleanrooms is divided into three levels: general, 100,000 and 10,000 according to the food GMP requirements.
2. When there are multiple processes in the cleanroom, the corresponding cleanliness level should be adopted according to their respective requirements.
3. Under the premise of meeting the process requirements, the cleanroom should adopt a combination of local work area air purification and whole room air purification.
