Strong filtered air jets dislodge particles of dust from staff’s clothing and surfaces of cargo containers.
Contamination Prevention: Remove dirt from entering laboratory or clean production facility in order to maintain required cleanliness standard.
Air Filtration: HEPA or ULPA filters are installed within the air shower and filter all the air that exits the unit.
Industry Compliance: Suitable for ISO Class 5 environments and cleaner, including bio-tech, pharmaceutical and electronic manufacturing environments.
Preparation: Remove watches and other accessories. Wear a cleanroom suit if required to prevent bringing dust into the room.
Enter: Open the door and enter the air shower. Close the door; the door will automatically interlock.
Decontamination: Infrared sensors automatically activate high-speed airflow to blow away any attached particles.
Exit: Do not open the door midway. The inner door can only be unlocked after the entire cycle is complete.

Start from Your Cleanliness Risk
First identify the ISO classification for your operation and whether your operation is conducting GMP or FDA regulated activities. H13/H14 HEPA rated Air showers are required for Sterile products (Pharma), Biotech and Medical workshops. With full leak test and validation documentation to support. Particle removal is also crucial in general electronics workshops, but basic models can be selected.
Separate People and Material Flows
Draw out your actual movement routes on site. Place personnel air shower rooms at staff entry airlocks. Fit cargo air showers or long tunnels for trolleys and pallets, so dirty goods don’t mess up staff walkways.
Size for Peak Traffic and Layout
Calculate the amount of people at the busiest shift. Low to medium levels of traffic – single or double air shower rooms will be sufficient. In production areas with high staff turnover during shift changes and rush hours, air shower tunnels or multiple air showers installed side-by-side can be configured. This can divert staff entering and exiting the clean area, ensuring efficiency.
