As mentioned above, the levels of cleanrooms are generally divided into four levels: M3.5 (100), M4.5 (1000), M5.5 (10000), and M6.5 (100000). However, the necessary levels are different depending on the different work processes in each industry. For example, in semiconductor manufacturing plants, cleanrooms of M1 (10)-M5.5 (1000) are required according to the work content. Moreover, in pharmaceutical factories, cleanrooms of a wide range of levels from M3.5 to M6.5 (100,000) are required according to the purity of the product and the work process. Therefore, the cleanrooms required by various industries have different cleanliness requirements.
