• Anti-static curtains: Use anti-static curtains (or tempered glass) all around, which have good anti-static effects, high transparency, clear grid, excellent flexibility, and are not easy to deform and age.

• In terms of fan filter unit FFU: it uses a centrifugal fan, which has the characteristics of long life, low noise, maintenance-free, small vibration, and infinitely variable speed. The fan has reliable quality and long working life, and combined with the unique air duct design, it significantly improves the fan efficiency and reduces the noise. The internal purification level can reach 100-100K level, which is especially suitable for local areas in clean sheds that require high purification levels, such as assembly line operation areas. The interior uses a special purification lamp for the clean room, which does not generate dust. The fan inhales air from the top of the FFU. After being filtered by the primary filter and high-efficiency filter, the clean air is sent to the entire air outlet surface at a uniform wind speed of 0.45m/s±20%, forming a uniform flow layer to ensure that all air in the work area is required cleanliness.
