Laser products class 7 clean room - non-anti-static, mesh soft curtain, iron square, AC fan
Class 5 Clean Room
The 5-level clean room is suitable for places with extremely high cleanliness requirements, such as semiconductor production lines, high-precision optical instrument manufacturing, etc. The air inside the room is very low in particle concentration and almost free of particulate contamination. Its internal air particle concentration limit is very low, almost no particle pollution, but the cost is expensive, maintenance costs are also higher.
Class 6 Clean Room
Class 6 clean room is suitable for places with certain requirements on cleanliness, such as certain electronic components production, pharmaceutical industry, etc.. Its cleanliness is reduced compared to the 5-level, but still need to use high-efficiency air filtration technology to maintain the required cleanliness.
Class 7 Clean Room
The Class 7 clean room is suitable for places with less stringent cleanliness requirements, such as food processing and cosmetic manufacturing. The particle concentration limits in the internal air are relatively high, but regular cleanliness testing and maintenance is still required to ensure that the cleanliness is up to standard.

Air Filtration
The air filtration system in a clean room is the basis of its work. First, the air passes through a pre-filter for initial treatment to remove larger particles, and then it passes through a high-efficiency filter (HEPA) or an ultra-high-efficiency filter (ULPA) to further remove fine particles and ensure the cleanliness of the air. This process involves not only physical filtration, but also the control of air temperature and humidity, flow rate and other parameters to achieve the desired cleanliness.23
Positive Pressure Control
In order to prevent the intrusion of external contaminants, the inside of a clean room is usually kept under positive pressure, i.e. the internal air pressure is higher than the external environment. This is achieved by controlling the volume of air supply and return to ensure that the air inside the clean room is always at a positive pressure difference. Positive pressure control is critical to maintaining a stable environment inside the cleanroom, especially in environments where protection from external contaminants is required.
