Laser products class 7 clean room - anti-static, acrylic, iron cube, AC fan
Class A clean area standard
The temperature of class A clean area should be kept between 20-24℃, and the relative humidity is 45%-60%. Horizontal air velocity shall reach or exceed 0.54m/s, vertical air velocity shall not be lower than 0.36m/s. The leakage rate of high-efficiency air supply outlet shall be higher than 99.97%. Light intensity between 300lx to 600lx, noise level should be controlled within 75dB.
Class B clean area standard
The temperature of class B clean area is also maintained at 20-24℃, and the relative humidity range is 45%-60%. The number of air changes in the room should be at least 25 times/h, and the pressure difference should be maintained at not less than 10Pa in class B relative to the external environment, and the appropriate pressure gradient should be maintained according to the direction of airflow. The light and noise standards are the same as those for class A clean area.
Class C clean area standard
The temperature of class C clean area is set at 20-24℃, and the relative humidity is also in the range of 45%-60%. The number of air changes is at least 25 times/h, and the pressure difference is similar to that of class B, which is maintained at more than 10Pa. Light and noise standards are also consistent with Class A and B.
Class D clean area standards
The temperature range of class D clean area is slightly wider, 18-26℃, and the relative humidity is still 45%-60%. The number of air changes is reduced to 15 times/h, and the differential pressure standard is the same as that of Class C. The light and noise standards continue to be the same. Light and noise standards continue to follow the previous standards.
Cleanliness level table
Fan Filtration Unit (FFU): Located at the top of the clean room, the FFU is responsible for drawing air in and passing it through the built-in filters for initial filtration.
Filtration system: Includes primary filters and high efficiency filters to intercept and capture airborne particles to ensure that the delivered air meets a predetermined level of cleanliness.
Air supply and return system: through a specific air duct design, the filtered air is uniformly sent into the clean room at a certain speed, while a return air system is provided to discharge the contaminated air in the room to maintain the cleanliness of the air.
Homogeneous layer and one-way flow: The formation of homogeneous layer ensures the vertical one-way flow of air, avoiding cross-contamination and ensuring the cleanliness of the working area.
