Laser products class 7 clean room - anti-static, acrylic, aluminum profile, AC fan
Class 5 Clean Room
A Class 5 clean room is the highest level of clean environment with very high cleanliness requirements, and is usually used for manufacturing high-precision, high-purity products such as semiconductor chips and optical components. In a Class 5 clean room, the number of particles per cubic foot of air must not exceed 0.1, which means that advanced air purification technologies such as high-efficiency filters and air showers are required to ensure the cleanliness of the air inside the clean room. At the same time, the 100-level clean shed also needs to strictly control the number and manner of entering and exiting personnel and goods in order to avoid contamination and cross-contamination.
Thousand-level clean room
Thousand-level clean room cleanliness requirements are relatively low, but still need to maintain a high degree of cleanliness, applicable to some of the product quality requirements of high manufacturing and processing. In a Class 6 clean room, the number of particles per cubic foot of air must not exceed one, so it is necessary to use more advanced air purification technology, such as high-efficiency filters, positive pressure control, etc., in order to ensure the cleanliness of the air inside the clean room. At the same time, thousands of clean shed also need to enter and exit personnel, goods for certain management and control, in order to avoid adverse effects on the clean environment.
Class 7 clean room
Class 7 clean room cleanliness requirements are relatively low, usually used for some of the product quality requirements are not so strict manufacturing and processing. In the class 7 clean room, the number of particles in each cubic foot of air shall not exceed 7, so you can use some simple air purification technology, such as common filters, ventilation and so on. At the same time, class 7 clean room on the management and control of entry and exit personnel, goods are relatively loose, but still need to maintain a certain degree of cleanliness and sanitation environment.

Ventilation System
The ventilation system of a clean room is the basis for maintaining a high level of cleanliness. This system usually consists of fans, filters and fresh air systems that work together to maintain the purity of the air inside the shed. Fans are responsible for bringing filtered air into the clean room, while filters, such as HEPA (High Efficiency Particulate Air) and ULPA (Ultra High Efficiency Particulate Air) filters, are used to intercept particles in the air. The fresh air system exhausts the old air from the shed and replenishes it with new filtered air to maintain pressure and cleanliness in the shed.
Positive Pressure Control
Positive pressure control is one of the key features of a clean room, which means that the pressure of the air inside the clean room is higher than that of the outside environment. This setting effectively prevents contaminants from the outside from entering the cleanroom.
Filtration
Filtration technology is a critical part of a clean room and ensures that airborne particles are effectively intercepted and filtered through a multi-stage filter system, such as primary, secondary and high efficiency filters.
