Laboratory Class iso5 Clean Shed - Non ESD, Grid Soft Curtain, Aluminum Profile, AC Fans
Classification of cleanliness level of clean room
The cleanliness level of the clean room is usually expressed in terms of the number of dust particles per unit volume of air, and there are different levels such as Class iso5, Class iso6, Class iso7 and so on. For example, class iso5 clean shed refers to the number of dust particles ≥ 0.5 μm per cubic meter of air is not more than 3520, while class 10,000 clean shed is ≥ 0.5 μm per cubic meter of air is not more than 35,200 dust particles.
Cleanliness Requirements of Clean Room
The cleanliness requirements of the clean room are not only reflected in the number of dust particles in the air, but also include the control of temperature, humidity, pressure and other environmental factors. For example, the temperature of a Class iso7 clean room is usually controlled at 20-24℃, and the humidity is controlled between 45%-60%RH.

The working principle of clean room
The working principle of clean room mainly relies on high efficient air filtration system and reasonable air flow design to realize. The core component is FFU (Fan Filter Unit), FFU through the built-in fan air intake, through multi-stage filter filtration, such as primary filter, intermediate filter and high efficiency filters, to remove particles and harmful substances in the air, and then the purified air will be sent to the clean room, forming a vertical unidirectional flow of airflow, in order to maintain the working area of the cleanliness of the working area.
