class 5 Electronic clean room-Anti-static, mesh soft curtain, iron cube, AC fan
Definition of Cleanliness Class
Cleanliness classes are based on the number of particles with a particle size greater than or equal to 0.1μm per unit volume of air. For example, the cleanliness classes from ISO Class 1 to ISO Class 9, ISO Class 1 represents the highest cleanliness and ISO Class 9 the lowest.
Cleanliness Classes and Application Scenarios
Cleanliness requirements vary from industry to industry. For example, semiconductor manufacturing typically requires ISO 3 or higher, while the biomedical industry typically requires ISO 5 or higher.
Clean room construction and maintenance
The construction of a clean room involves a variety of aspects such as material selection, air filtration systems and maintenance management. For example, a Class 100 clean room will require high efficiency air filters and a tightly sealed building structure, whereas a Class 10,000 clean room may use simpler air purification techniques.
Testing and Evaluation of Cleanrooms
The cleanliness of the interior of a clean room needs to be tested and assessed on a regular basis to ensure that it meets the required cleanliness levels. This usually includes testing for airborne particle counts and microbial concentrations.
Class 10-100 Clean Room
For class 10-100 clean rooms, the key is to achieve unidirectional vertical airflow. This means that the clean airflow in the room needs to be uniform in direction and velocity across the same cross-section to achieve rapid removal of dust particles. In order to achieve this, it is vital that the HEPA filters, which are usually located throughout the roof, are arranged in a comprehensive manner to ensure vertical airflow.
1K-100K Clean Room
In the case of K-100K clean rooms, the direction of airflow organization differs from that of Class 10-100 clean rooms. The airflow inside this type of clean room flows at an uneven speed, with backflow and vortex phenomena. It mainly relies on the clean airflow to continuously dilute the internal air, gradually eliminating pollution to achieve clean results. The grade difference of the clean room mainly depends on the change of air supply volume per unit time to realize.
