class 5 Electronic clean room -Antistatic, Acrylic, Stainless Steel, AC Blower
Overview of clean room
Class 5 clean shed: It is suitable for occasions with extremely high requirements for cleanliness, such as the production of semiconductor chips. The number of dust particles ≥0.5μm in each cubic meter of air inside is no more than 3520, and the number of dust particles ≥5μm is no more than 20.
Thousand-level clean room: applicable to the cleanliness of certain requirements of the occasion, such as certain precision machinery and equipment manufacturing. The number of ≥0.5μm dust particles per cubic meter of air inside the shed does not exceed 35,200, and the number of ≥5μm dust particles does not exceed 200.
Class 10,000 clean room: It is suitable for occasions that do not require particularly high cleanliness, such as the production of food and cosmetics. The number of ≥0.5μm dust particles per cubic meter of air inside the shed does not exceed 352000, and the number of ≥5μm dust particles does not exceed 2000.
Principle of clean room
The importance of positive pressure control
Positive pressure control is the key to maintaining high cleanliness in a clean room. Positive pressure refers to the pressure of indoor air relative to the external environment. In a clean room, maintaining positive pressure prevents the intrusion of external contaminants and ensures that the internal clean environment is not damaged. Positive pressure control is usually achieved by adjusting the volume of air supply is greater than the return air volume and the sum of the exhaust air volume, in order to maintain the cleanliness of the indoor air.
Structure and working principle of clean room
The basic structure of the clean room includes fans, filters, air ducts, air supply and air exhaust and other components. The fan draws air into the clean room, removes large particles through the primary filter, further removes fine particles through the high efficiency filter, and finally sends the filtered clean air evenly into the clean room through the air supply outlet. The exhaust port is responsible for discharging the polluted air to keep the indoor air fresh.
Airflow organization and control
Clean shed airflow organization has a direct impact on its cleanliness. Generally speaking, the airflow inside the clean room is divided into two kinds of horizontal circulation and vertical downflow. Horizontal circulation refers to the air circulation flow in the clean room, while the vertical downward flow is the air from the upper air supply downward flow, and ultimately from the bottom of the exhaust outlet. This airflow organization can effectively control the distribution of pollutants to ensure the cleanliness of all areas in the clean room
