Preparation before installation

• Determine the installation location: choose a dry, ventilated, well-lit environment that is far away from pollution sources.

• Preparation of materials and tools: Prepare all necessary materials and tools, such as aluminum profiles, filters, sealing materials, screwdrivers and so on.

Installation Steps

• Frame Installation

  According to the size and design requirements of the clean room, assemble and install the frame to ensure its verticality, levelness and stability.

• Panel Installation

  Installation of ceiling and wall panels, should use purification board or other materials that meet the clean requirements, and ensure its flatness and joint tightness.

• Filter system installation

  Select appropriate filters and install them to ensure that the filtration efficiency and length meet the requirements, and use sealing materials to ensure that there is no air leakage.

• Lighting and electrical system

  Install lighting equipment to ensure its waterproof, dustproof performance and uniformity of illumination, and install the electrical system in accordance with national standards and industry requirements.

• Installation of other equipment

  Install clean working table, surgical lamp, air filter and other equipments according to the needs, and carry out debugging.

• System debugging and testing

  After the installation is completed, carry out system debugging and testing, including air-conditioning system operation, cleanliness testing and equipment function testing.

• Acceptance and Training

  After completing the installation, acceptance will be carried out and users will be trained in operation and maintenance.

• Preparation before testing

  Prior to clean room testing, the purified air conditioning system should be operated continuously for at least 24 hours to ensure system stability and adequate airflow circulation. This step is critical to the accuracy of subsequent testing.

• Temperature and Humidity Testing

  For the constant temperature and humidity requirements of a clean room, continuous measurements are required for 8 to 48 hours, depending on the range of temperature and humidity fluctuations, with no more than 30 minutes between each measurement. This time span is sufficient to cover most work cycles and ensure the validity of the test data.

• Test Point Setting

  Test points should be set 1 to 1.5 meters above the ground and staggered, with a distance of more than 0.5 meters from the exterior wall surface. This is to obtain more accurate readings and avoid errors caused by improper location.

• Number of measurement points

  The number of measurement points should be set in accordance with the relevant norms. For a space of less than or equal to 50 square meters, the number of measurement points is 5; and for every increase of 20 to 50 square meters, 3 to 5 points should be added. The purpose of this setting is to fully cover the space of the clean room and ensure that the cleanliness of each area can meet the standard.

• Testing Instruments

  Commonly used testing instruments include thermo-hygrometers or stick alcohol thermometers. These instruments need to be calibrated to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the data.

• Conformity Criteria

  More than 90% of the measured points must be within the design parameters as a basis for passing the test. This criterion ensures that the clean room is able to operate stably in the intended environment.
