Clean shed, also known as clean work shed or purification shed, is a specific working environment to provide a local high clean environment air purification equipment. It usually consists of a box, fan, primary air filter, damping layer, lamps and other parts of the composition, the shell is often plastic spray treatment. The design of the clean room allows it to be both suspended and ground-supported, compact and easy to use. Users can use it individually or connect it between several clean booths to form a strip clean area according to their needs.

Ventilation System
The ventilation system of a clean room is its core, which mainly includes fans and filters. The fan is responsible for drawing in the outside air, which is then pre-treated by primary and intermediate filters, and further filtered by high efficiency filters (HEPA or ULPA) to remove particles from the air. The filtered clean air is sent uniformly into the clean room with a certain wind speed through a specific duct structure, forming a homogeneous flow layer, making the clean air flow a vertical unidirectional flow, thus ensuring the cleanliness of the work area.
Filter
The filters used in clean rooms are usually HEPA or ULPA filters, which are capable of capturing and removing minute particles to ensure that airborne particulate matter remains within acceptable limits. The performance of these filters has a direct impact on the cleanliness level of the cleanroom, and different levels of filtration are used in environments with different cleanliness requirements.
Air Quality Control
Clean rooms are usually designed with negative or positive pressure systems to prevent the entry of contaminated air from the outside or the escape of clean air from the inside, thus maintaining a clean environment inside. Operators working in clean booths are usually required to wear special clean suits, including helmets, face masks, gloves and specialized clothing to minimize contamination brought about by the human body. This equipment helps to protect the environment inside the cleanroom from outside contamination and ensures the purity of production.
