Air Supply System

Installation Location

Foundation construction

Dust Particle Count Test

Dust particle count is one of the key indicators for evaluating the performance of a clean room. According to ISO 14644-1 standard, the number of suspended particles inside the clean room should be controlled within a certain range from static to dynamic. The maximum allowable number is 3500 particles/m³ in static mode and 7500 particles/m³ in dynamic mode. For testing, a laser particle counter is usually used to count and analyze the particle size of airborne dust particles by setting up sampling points inside the clean room to assess the cleanliness of the clean room.

Air Velocity Measurement

Wind speed is an important indicator of air mobility in a clean room. The wind speed in the clean room should be controlled between 0.2-0.5m/s, which ensures sufficient air flow to remove dust particles, but not too high to cause heat accumulation. Detection of wind speed usually use hot ball anemometer or other professional equipment, through the determination of the air supply outlet or air duct wind speed to assess the overall performance of the clean room.

Air Changes Detection

The number of air changes refers to the number of times the air in the clean room is replaced, which directly affects the freshness of the air in the clean room and the load of the purification equipment. The ideal number of air changes should be controlled at 3-5 times per hour, which can effectively maintain the cleanliness of the clean room and reduce the accumulation of pollutants.

Temperature and Humidity Detection

Appropriate temperature and humidity are essential to maintain the comfort of the personnel in the clean room and the quality of the product. In general, the temperature of the clean room should be controlled between 22-25℃ and the humidity should be controlled between 50-70%. When testing, use instruments such as thermo-hygrometers for real-time monitoring and adjustments according to production requirements.

Pressure test

Pressure testing is an important indicator to measure the sealing performance of the clean shed. The pressure inside the clean room should be slightly higher than the outdoor pressure of 5-10Pa, in order to prevent external pollutants from entering the clean room. Measuring the pressure difference between inside and outside of the clean room through instruments such as differential pressure meter ensures that the sealing performance of the clean room meets the requirements.
