Dustless workshop class 6 clean room-non-anti-static, acrylic, iron square, AC fan
A clean shed, also known as a clean work shed or decontamination shed, is an air purification device capable of providing a localized, highly clean environment. It is mainly used to control airborne particulate contaminants to meet the needs of precision manufacturing and scientific laboratory activities. The clean room is usually composed of a box, a fan, a primary air filter, a damping layer and a light fixture, etc., and its shell is usually sprayed with plastic. Clean rooms can not only be used individually, but can also be connected to form a strip clean area to accommodate different cleanliness levels and space requirements.

Filtration System
The filtration system in a clean room is the key to its air purification. This system usually consists of a primary filter, a medium filter and a high efficiency filter (HEPA or ULPA), which are sequentially arranged to intercept particles of different sizes. These filters capture and remove particles from the air, ensuring that air quality standards are met.
Air Circulation Mechanism
The air circulation mechanism in a clean room is responsible for evenly distributing fresh, filtered air throughout the space. This is usually achieved through a top air supply and bottom air return, ensuring a vertical unidirectional flow of air and avoiding cross contamination. In addition, the clean room is equipped with an exhaust system and a fresh air replenishment system to remove contaminants and continuously renew the air in the room.
