Dustless workshop class 6 clean room - anti-static, acrylic, stainless steel, AC fan
Clean room, also known as clean room or clean room, is a kind of local environmental control equipment through air filtration, clean bench, air shower room and other equipment, effectively removing dust, microorganisms and other pollutants in the air to achieve a certain degree of cleanliness requirements. Clean room is widely used in electronics, medicine, food, biology, precision instruments and other industries, especially in the need for a high degree of clean environment in the laboratory, production workshop and other places play an important role.
The technical parameters of the clean room include the purification level, average wind speed, noise level, power supply specifications, and so on. The purification level is divided according to ISO 14644-1 standard, ranging from class 100 to 300,000 to meet the requirements of different levels of cleanliness. The average wind speed is generally between 0.25-0.45m/s and can be adjusted. The noise control is below 58dB(A), providing a quieter working environment. Power supply is mostly 220V 50HZ configuration.

Air Filtration
Air filtration is one of the most basic functions of a clean room. By installing HEPA or ULPA filters, airborne particles and microorganisms can be effectively intercepted to ensure the cleanliness of the air. These filters are able to capture most of the particles suspended in the air, thus maintaining a clean environment inside the cleanroom.
Positive Pressure Control
In order to prevent the intrusion of outside contaminants, a positive pressure is usually maintained inside the cleanroom. This means that the pressure of the air in the room is higher than that of the outside environment, thus preventing outside contaminants from entering the clean area through gaps.
Air Flow Patterns
The way the air flows inside a cleanroom has a critical impact on its cleanliness. Vertical or horizontal flow is often used to ensure that the air follows a predetermined path and avoids eddy currents, thus reducing the buildup of airborne particles.
Temperature and Humidity Control
The temperature and humidity inside the clean room needs to be strictly controlled to meet the specific requirements of the environmental conditions during the production process. This not only affects the production quality of the product, but also relates to the service life and maintenance costs of the clean room itself.
Personnel behavior control
In addition to the above technical level of control, clean room personnel behavior also has a direct impact on the cleanliness. Staff need to comply with specific operating procedures, such as wearing appropriate protective equipment, follow a specific course of action, etc., in order to reduce human-induced contamination.
