Class 5 Clean Room
Class 5 clean booths are clean rooms with the highest level of cleanliness and are used in applications that require extremely high levels of cleanliness, such as the manufacture of medical devices for implantation in the body, surgical procedures and transplantation. In these applications, particles are controlled within 100/m³ and the maximum allowable number of microorganisms is 5 planktonic bacteria/m³. The design and construction of a 5-level clean shed requires strict compliance with relevant standards, such as the Air Cleanliness Standards for Limited Spaces Approved by the Ministry of Health and the Air Cleanliness Inspection Code of the Ministry of Health.
Thousand-level clean room
Class 6 clean rooms are slightly lower than Class 5 and are mainly used for the production of high-quality optical products, as well as the assembly of aircraft gyroscopes and high-quality miniature bearings. The maximum permissible microbial count is 6 planktonic bacteria/m³, and particles are controlled within the appropriate limits. Class 6 clean rooms also need to follow strict standards, including air flow, temperature and humidity control.
Class 7 Clean Room
The cleanliness of the Class 7 clean room is further relaxed and is suitable for filling workshops for small volume injections and for handling workshops for packaging materials in direct contact with pharmaceuticals. The maximum allowable number of microorganisms is 100 planktonic bacteria/m³, and the particles in the workshop are controlled within 1W/m³. The construction and use of the ten-thousand-level clean shed should take into account fire prevention, anti-static and other factors, and meet the corresponding national standards.
Ten-level clean room
The maximum permissible number of microorganisms in Grade 10 clean room is 500 planktonic bacteria/m³, and each particle is controlled within 10W/m³, which is suitable for injection concentration workshop.
Thirty-level clean room
The maximum permissible number of microorganisms in Grade 30 clean room is 1000 planktonic bacteria/m³, and each particle is controlled within 30W/m³, which is suitable for pill and granule packing workshop.
Cleanliness level table
The structure of the clean shed usually includes components such as box, fan, primary air filter, damping layer, lamps and so on, and the shell is mostly plastic spraying treatment. It can be suspended or ground support, compact structure, easy to use. The air flow inside the clean shed passes through the top-mounted fan filter unit (FFU). The FFU adopts a centrifugal fan, which is capable of providing a continuous flow of clean air to ensure the cleanliness of the air. The filtered air passes through the high-efficiency filter and is uniformly sent out to the clean room at a certain wind speed to form a uniform flow layer, making the clean air flow a vertical unidirectional flow, which ensures the required cleanliness in the working area.
