Laboratory Class 6 Clean Shed - Non ESD, Grid Soft Curtain, Aluminum Profile, AC Fans
Positive Pressure Requirements
The clean room must maintain a certain positive pressure to ensure that the internal clean environment from outside contamination. The pressure difference between different levels of clean booths must not be less than 5Pa, while the pressure difference between clean booths and non-clean booths must not be less than 10Pa.
Temperature control
In order to prevent airborne particulate matter from settling, the temperature inside the clean room should normally be maintained between 18 and 26 degrees Celsius.
Dust Particle Count Limit
The limits on the number of dust particles in a clean room are very strict. For example, the number of particles greater than or equal to 0.5 microns must not exceed 105,000, while the number of particles greater than or equal to 5 microns must not exceed 60,000.
Microorganism count limits
The maximum number of microorganisms allowed per cubic meter of air in a clean room must not exceed 1000.
Material Selection
When constructing the clean shed, the building materials, decorative materials and clean equipments should be selected in such a way that they will not produce too much dust and odor, so as not to cause secondary pollution.
Air flow control
The air flow in the clean room should be smooth, no dead space, and should meet the requirements of proper air supply and exhaust volume, pressure difference, air flow and so on.
Temperature and humidity control
In the clean room, besides the temperature control at 18℃~26℃, the humidity should also be controlled in the appropriate range to ensure air cleanliness.
Cleanliness level table
Ventilation System: Includes fans and filters that are responsible for circulating and filtering the air to ensure its cleanliness.
Filters: Usually HEPA (High Efficiency Particulate Air) or ULPA (Ultra High Efficiency Particulate Air) filters are used to capture and remove small particles.
Air Quality Control: A negative or positive pressure system prevents the entry of contaminants from the outside or the escape of air from the inside to maintain a clean environment.
Clean Clothing: Staff are required to wear special clean clothing, including helmets, masks, gloves and garments to minimize contamination from the human body.
