Laboratory 6 clean room - non-electrostatic, mesh soft curtain, iron cube, AC fan
Cleanroom Classification
The cleanliness class of a clean room is usually based on the number of particles in the air with a particle size greater than or equal to a certain size. Common cleanliness levels include Class 5, Class 6, Class 7, etc. These levels reflect the concentration of particles in the air inside the clean room. For example, a Class 5 clean room requires that the number of particles greater than or equal to 0.5 microns per cubic meter of air does not exceed 3,500, while Class 6 is 350,000 and Class 700 is 1,000,000. These standards are set to accommodate the different needs for cleanliness in different industries.

Air Filtration System
The core component of a clean room is the air filtration system, which consists of primary filters and high efficiency filters (HEPA or ULPA). These filters effectively intercept and remove small particles and microorganisms from the air, ensuring that the air fed into the clean room meets a predetermined level of cleanliness.
Airflow Organization
Airflow organization is the key to achieving the desired cleanliness of the clean room. Usually, the clean room adopts vertical laminar flow or turbulent flow, etc. Through the reasonable arrangement of air supply and return air outlets, to ensure that the air flows in an orderly manner, to avoid eddy currents, thus minimizing the accumulation of pollutants.
Positive pressure control
Positive pressure control is to prevent external pollutants from entering the clean room, usually by adjusting the air supply and exhaust air volume, to keep the pressure inside the clean room higher than the external environment. In this way, even if there are contaminants in the outside air, they will not flow backward into the clean room.
Structural Characteristics
The structural design of a clean room is usually an assembled structure, which makes it easy to install and disassemble, as well as to facilitate possible upgrades and maintenance in the future. In addition, clean rooms are usually equipped with universal wheels, which increase their mobility.
