Frame Material

Anti-static drapes

The anti-static drape material commonly used around the clean room is 0.5mm mesh, which has good anti-static effect and high transparency, clear mesh, good flexibility, not easy to deformation or aging, and also has a very good dustproof effect. In addition, the anti-static drape can also effectively prevent the accumulation of static electricity, which is very critical to maintain the cleanliness of the clean room interior.

Acrylic Sheet

Transparent acrylic panels are commonly used at the top of clean rooms. Its light transmission is similar to that of laminated glass, but its hardness and strength are only half that of tempered glass. The advantage of acrylic sheet is that even if it is damaged, it will not produce sharp debris like tempered glass, thus reducing safety hazards.

FFU Fan Filtration Unit

The core component of the clean room is the FFU (Fan Filter Unit), which adopts a high-efficiency filtration system that filters out particles in the air and ensures the cleanliness of the air.The FFU is usually equipped with a centrifugal fan, which has the characteristics of long life, low noise, maintenance-free, low vibration, and it can be adjusted to adjust the air speed with infinitely variable speed. Top Material

Selection of installation location

The clean shed should be installed in a dry, ventilated and well-lit environment, avoiding direct sunlight. At the same time, the installation location should also meet the special requirements of the relevant industries, such as anti-static, anti-corrosion and so on.

Foundation construction

The foundation construction of the clean shed should meet the design requirements to ensure that the foundation is level, solid and horizontal. After the foundation construction, acceptance should be carried out, and the installation of clean shed can be carried out only after passing.

Frame installation

Air velocity and airflow testing

Air velocity and air flow are tested to ensure that the airflow inside the clean room is properly organized to prevent contaminant buildup. Tools such as anemometers and hoods are used to ensure that the air velocity is within the design range and that the airflow is sufficient to dilute or remove the contaminants generated.

Noise and Illumination Inspection

In order to provide a good working environment, the noise level and illumination inside the clean room also need to be controlled within appropriate limits. Noise levels are usually tested to be no more than 65dB(A), while illumination needs to meet the needs of the production process.
