The working principle of a clean room involves several key components: the fan filtration unit (FFU), the primary filter, the high-efficiency filter and a specific airflow organization.The FFU is located at the top of the clean room and is responsible for drawing air in and passing it through the primary filter for initial filtration to remove larger particles. Subsequently, the air is further filtered through a high efficiency filter to remove fine particles and ensure air cleanliness. The filtered clean air is sent out uniformly at a certain wind speed to form a uniform flow layer, making the clean air flow a vertical unidirectional flow, thus ensuring the required cleanliness in the work area.
