Dustless workshop 5 level clean shed-non-anti-static, acrylic, iron square, AC fan
ISO 14644-1 Standard
The ISO 14644-1 standard categorizes cleanliness levels into seven classes: ISO 1, ISO 2, ISO 3, ISO 4, ISO 5, ISO 6, and ISO 7. These classes are based on the number of dust particles with a diameter greater than 0.1μm per cubic unit of air, and the higher the class, the higher the cleanliness. For example, ISO 1 represents the highest cleanliness, with less than 0.2 dust particles larger than 0.1μm in diameter per cubic meter of air; ISO 7 represents a lower cleanliness, with more than 23,700 dust particles larger than 0.1μm in diameter per cubic meter of air.
U.S. Federal Standard 209E
U.S. Federal Standard 209E categorizes cleanliness levels into four classes: Class 1, Class 2, Class 3, and Class 4. These classes are based on the number of dust particles greater than 0.1μm in diameter per cubic inch of air, and the higher the class, the higher the cleanliness. For example, Class 1 represents the highest level of cleanliness, with less than 0.2 dust particles per cubic inch of air greater than 0.1 μm in diameter; Class 4 represents a lower level of cleanliness, with more than 23,700 dust particles per cubic inch of air greater than 0.1 μm in diameter.
Clean Room Class Selection
Clean room class selection should be based on specific application scenarios and product quality requirements. In the electronics and semiconductor industries, it is usually necessary to use higher cleanliness levels, such as ISO 5 or Class 1, to ensure product quality and reliability. In the biomedical and food industries, the cleanliness requirements are relatively low, but it is still necessary to ensure a certain cleanliness level to ensure product safety and hygiene.

Working Principle
The core working principle of a clean room is its air filtration and airflow control mechanism. It is usually equipped with HEPA (High Efficiency Particulate Air Filter) or ULPA (Ultra High Efficiency Particulate Air Filter), which can effectively filter out particles and microorganisms in the air to ensure the air quality.FFU (Fan Filter Unit) fan filtration unit from the top of the air will be sucked in, through the primary filter and intermediate filters, and finally filtered through the high-efficiency filter to send out the clean air at a uniform speed of 0.45m/s±20% to form a homogeneous layer, which makes the clean air flow vertically. The FFU (Fan Filter Unit) will draw in the air from the top, pass through the primary filter and intermediate filter, and finally pass through the high-efficiency filter, and then send out the clean air at a uniform speed of 0.45m/s±20% to form a homogeneous layer, so that the clean air flow will be a vertical unidirectional flow, thus guaranteeing the required cleanliness.
Structure and Characteristics
The structural design of the clean room is mostly assembled, which is easy to install and has a short construction period. The frame is usually made of industrial aluminum or stainless steel square, iron square plastic spraying, with good load-bearing capacity and stability. Surrounded by anti-static curtains or toughened glass, the internal purification level can reach 100-10,000 levels, especially suitable for local purification level in the workshop requires a high level of area, such as assembly line operation area.
