Dustless workshop class 7 clean room-acrylic, stainless steel, AC fan
A clean shed, also known as a clean work shed, is an air purification equipment specially designed to provide a localized high clean environment. It is mainly used in those production processes that have strict requirements for air cleanliness, such as semiconductor manufacturing, electronic assembly, pharmaceutical preparations and other fields. The main function of the clean room is to reduce the suspended particles in the air to ensure product quality and production efficiency.

Air Filtration
The air filtration system is the core component of a clean room and typically includes primary, intermediate and high efficiency filters. These filters are sequentially arranged to intercept and capture particles of varying sizes to ensure that the air fed into the cleanroom is as clean as it should be. High-efficiency filters (HEPA) or ultra-high-efficiency filters (ULPA) are capable of filtering out the majority of particles, especially those with a diameter of 0.3 microns or more, with a filtration efficiency of 99.97% or more.
Positive Pressure Control
Positive pressure control is another key feature of the cleanroom, which ensures that the pressure inside the cleanroom is higher than the outside environment, thus preventing the entry of contaminants from the outside. The positive pressure inside the clean room is maintained by fine adjustment of the air supply, air return and air exhaust. Residual pressure valves are a common device used to automatically regulate the positive pressure in the room to ensure that the differential pressure inside the clean room meets the requirements.
Maintenance and Monitoring
Maintenance and monitoring of the cleanroom is equally important and requires regular inspection and maintenance of the filtration system and positive pressure control system. This includes, but is not limited to, changing filters, checking air speed and volume, monitoring cleanliness, and cleaning and sanitizing as necessary. In addition, environmental parameters such as temperature, humidity, differential pressure, etc. within the clean room need to be monitored on a regular basis and adjusted accordingly to ensure that cleanliness standards are consistently met.
