Structural Materials
Industrial aluminum profiles are one of the commonly used structural materials for clean rooms, featuring light weight, high strength, corrosion resistance and anti-static properties. The surface of aluminum profile is usually anodized or sandblasted, which makes its surface smooth and beautiful, with high cleanliness and simple maintenance. In addition, aluminum profiles are more flexible and can be processed into different shapes as needed to adapt to a variety of complex spatial layouts.
Stainless steel square pass, as another common structural material for clean shed, has good corrosion resistance and durability. Stainless steel squares are usually used in conjunction with grid curtains, acrylic panels or glass, and are suitable for workshop environments with high humidity or volatile gases, especially for the food processing and cosmetics industries.
Baking paint iron square pass is through multi-layer pickling and electrostatic spraying treatment of iron square pass, although not as corrosion-resistant as aluminum profiles and stainless steel square pass, but the cost is relatively low, and the color can be customized according to the demand, suitable for precision machining and other industries.
Enclosure material
Anti-static drape is an important enclosure material for clean shed, which can effectively prevent static electricity accumulation, reduce dust adhesion, and maintain the cleanliness inside the clean shed. Anti-static curtains are usually made of anti-static fibers, with high transparency and good grid clarity, and are not easy to deform and aging.
Acrylic sheet has become one of the preferred materials for clean room due to its good light transmission, light weight and easy processing. Acrylic sheet can not only provide good visual permeability, but also effectively block the intrusion of external dust, suitable for the need to transparently observe the internal work of the scene.
Air Supply System
FFU (Fan Filter Unit) is the core component of the clean room, responsible for providing continuous and stable clean air flow.FFU usually adopts centrifugal fan, which has the characteristics of long service life, low noise, maintenance-free, small vibration, etc., and it can improve the working efficiency and reduce the noise through the unique air duct design.
Uses
The Clean Shed is primarily used to create a localized, high-cleanliness working environment. It can be used on its own or in conjunction with an existing facility, and is particularly suited to the construction of small cleaning areas. The design of the Clean Shed allows it to be easily moved to different locations and can be quickly assembled and disassembled as required.
Features
Structural design: Clean sheds are usually modular in design and can be customized in size and shape to meet different needs, providing a high degree of flexibility and expandability.
Material Selection: The frame is mostly made of industrial aluminum or stainless steel squares to ensure a sturdy and beautiful structure, while avoiding the problems of rust and dust production.
Air purification system: The clean shed is equipped with fan filter unit (FFU) inside, which can effectively provide continuous clean air flow and ensure the cleanliness of the working area.
Mobility: Universal casters can be optionally installed, making the clean room easy to move and adapt to different use scenarios.
Maintenance Costs: Compared to traditional cleanrooms, the installation and maintenance costs of the clean room are lower, and it is easy to upgrade and expand.
Reuse: The cleanroom can be used repeatedly and can be quickly set up when needed, making it ideal for temporary or frequently changing work environments.
