Clean room structure

• Frame: The frame of the clean shed is usually made of industrial aluminum, stainless steel square or iron square with plastic spraying, which has the characteristics of solid, beautiful, no rust and no dust production.

• Anti-static drape: the surrounding use of anti-static drape or tempered glass, with good anti-static effect and high transparency, clear grid, good flexibility, not easy to deformation and aging.

• Top cover plate: the top and all around the clean room are mostly 0.3mm thick anti-static grid curtains, and some of them are electrostatic spraying with quasi rolled steel plate.

• Internal facilities: The interior usually uses special purification lamps for clean rooms, which do not produce dust and are installed with fan filter units (FFU) to provide the necessary air supply and filtration functions.

Material Characteristics

• Aluminum: Aluminum is widely used as the frame material of the clean room because of its light weight, corrosion resistance, rust prevention and beautiful appearance.

• Stainless steel: Stainless steel square has high strength and excellent corrosion resistance, suitable for high humidity or volatile gases in the workshop environment.

• Anti-static materials: anti-static curtains or tempered glass can effectively prevent the accumulation of static electricity, to avoid attracting dust, to maintain the cleanliness of the interior of the clean shed.

• FFU: FFU is the core component of the clean room, adopting centrifugal fan, which has the characteristics of long life, low noise, maintenance-free, small vibration, stepless variable speed, etc. The quality of the fan is reliable and the working life is long.

Installation steps

• Environment preparation: Before installing the clean shed, the installation environment needs to be thoroughly cleaned to ensure that there is no dust, no wind, no vibration interference.

• Assemble the frame: according to the design drawings, use industrial aluminum profiles to assemble the frame structure, to ensure that the verticality and horizontality are accurate.

• Installation of connectors: Use special bolts and nuts or built-in connectors for connection to ensure firm connection and good sealing.

• Installation of anti-static materials: use anti-static curtains or plexiglass panels around the perimeter, and use metal joint hoof angle support at the bottom.

• Installation of air purification system: including the installation of fan filter unit FFU to ensure the rationality of air duct design and air volume control.

• Installation of lighting and electrical system: choose suitable lighting equipment, and electrical system installation and debugging.

• Debugging and testing: carry out system debugging after the installation is completed, including the testing of cleanliness, temperature and humidity, and airflow to ensure that the predetermined standards are met.

• The installation location should be dry, ventilated, avoid direct sunlight, and meet the requirements of special industries.

• Foundation construction should be level, solid and horizontal, and acceptance should be carried out.

• Frame installation should ensure verticality and horizontality, and be treated with anti-corrosion and anti-rust treatment.

• Roof and wall panel installation should use special materials such as purification board to ensure cleanliness.

• Lighting system installation should ensure waterproof and dustproof performance, as well as uniform illumination.

• Grounding treatment should meet the design requirements to ensure the safe operation of the equipment.

• Preparation before testing

Before conducting a clean shed test, it is important to ensure that the purified air-conditioning system has been in continuous operation for at least 24 hours to ensure stable operation of the system. In addition, for clean rooms requiring constant temperature and humidity control, continuous measurements are required for 8 to 48 hours with an interval of no more than 30 minutes between measurements, depending on the range of temperature and humidity fluctuations required.

• Arrangement of detection points

The layout of the test point is a key step in the testing process. The test points should be 1 to 1.5 meters away from the ground and should be staggered, while the distance from the external wall should be more than 0.5 meters. The number of test points should be determined in accordance with the relevant norms, in general, the area of less than or equal to 50 square meters of space, the number of test points for 5, every increase of 20 to 50 square meters increase 3 to 5 points.

• Selection of Testing Instruments

Testing instruments are usually thermohygrographs or stick-type alcohol thermometers. These instruments need to be calibrated regularly and used within the validity period to ensure the accuracy of the data.

• Determination of test results

Test results are judged on the basis that more than 90% of the measured points need to be within the design parameters for the deviation to be considered satisfactory. In addition, cleanroom testing standards include both domestic and international standards, such as GB 50073-2001, GB 50333-2002, GB 50346-2004, GB 50591-2010 and so on.
