Structural Features

Different material and size configurations will directly affect the price and overall cost of the cleanroom.

Top Design

The top of the clean room is arranged with FFU fan filtration unit, which is a kind of high-efficiency air purification equipment that can continuously provide positive-pressure top-feeding air to ensure the cleanliness inside the clean room. The design takes into account the prevention of turbulence and the maintenance of an orderly air flow.

Surrounding Structure

The perimeter of the cleanroom can be constructed using curtains or glass, which can be designed to ensure visual permeability as well as meet cleanliness requirements. Different material choices will affect the final cost and cost budget.

Bottom Design

The bottom of the cleanroom is fitted with universal wheels, so that the cleanroom can be easily moved to meet the changing needs of the production process.

Control System

The cleanroom is usually equipped with a control box, which facilitates the operation and management and ensures the safety of the operators.

Installation Location

The clean shed should be installed in a dry, ventilated and well-lit environment, avoiding direct sunlight. At the same time, the installation location needs to meet the special requirements of specific industries, such as anti-static, anti-corrosion and so on.

Foundation construction

Foundation construction should meet the design requirements to ensure that the foundation is level, solid and horizontal. Acceptance is required after construction, and subsequent installation can be carried out only after passing.

Frame Installation

The frame of the clean room is usually made of steel, and the verticality and levelness of the frame should be ensured during the installation, and anti-corrosion and anti-rust treatment should be carried out after the installation is completed.

Ceiling and wall plate installation

Air purification system installation

Air Cleanliness: Airborne particles are counted and sized by particle counters to assess cleanliness levels.

Microbial Detection: Sampling of air, surfaces, personnel, etc. to detect the type and number of bacteria, mold and other microorganisms present.

Temperature and humidity testing: Real-time monitoring and recording of temperature and humidity in the clean room to ensure it meets production requirements.

Differential Pressure Detection: Measure the pressure difference between different areas in the clean room to understand the direction and speed of air flow.

Surface Cleanliness Detection: Evaluates the cleanliness of various surfaces (e.g. walls, floors, equipment housings, etc.) in the plant.

Vibration and noise detection: assess the impact of vibration and noise on the clean environment and product quality.

Lighting test: assess whether the illumination, uniformity, color temperature and other indicators of the lighting facilities meet the requirements.
