Laser product clean room (CLEAN BOOTH) is a simple clean room that can be quickly and easily established. It has a variety of clean levels and space configuration options and can be designed and manufactured according to the use requirements. Its main features include simple and flexible application, easy installation and short construction period, as well as mobility. At the same time, laser product clean room can be locally added according to the high cleanliness requirements of specific areas in the clean room, thereby reducing costs.

Laser product clean room is an air purification equipment that provides a local high clean environment. It is mainly composed of a box, a fan, a primary air filter, a damping layer and lamps, and the outer shell is sprayed. The product can be suspended or supported on the ground, with a compact structure and easy to use. It can be used alone or connected to form a strip-shaped clean area.

The characteristics of laser product clean room include:

• The assembled structure design is adopted, which is easy to install and has a short delivery cycle.

• Frame: Industrial aluminum (or plastic-sprayed stainless steel square tube, iron square tube) is used as a stable, beautiful, not easy to rust, and does not produce dust.

• Anti-static curtains: Use anti-static curtains (or tempered glass) all around, which have good anti-static effects, high transparency, clear grid, excellent flexibility, and are not easy to deform and age.

• In terms of fan filter unit FFU: it uses a centrifugal fan, which has the characteristics of long life, low noise, maintenance-free, small vibration, and infinitely variable speed. The fan has reliable quality and long working life, and combined with the unique air duct design, it significantly improves the fan efficiency and reduces the noise. The internal purification level can reach 100-100K level, which is especially suitable for local areas in clean sheds that require high purification levels, such as assembly line operation areas. The interior uses a special purification lamp for the clean room, which does not generate dust. The fan inhales air from the top of the FFU. After being filtered by the primary filter and high-efficiency filter, the clean air is sent to the entire air outlet surface at a uniform wind speed of 0.45m/s±20%, forming a uniform flow layer to ensure that all air in the work area is required cleanliness.

The working principle of the laser product clean room is based on the air purification system. The air is sucked in by the fan and purified through the primary filter and high-efficiency filter, and then sent to the working area at a uniform wind speed to form a clean air layer, thereby ensuring that the cleanliness in the working area meets the requirements.
