Clean room principle
The fan filter unit inhales fresh air through the primary filter for the first filtration, and then passes through the second 99.99@0.3um filtration of the high-efficiency filter. The entire air outlet surface is sent to the clean room at a uniform wind speed of 0.45m/s±20%, making the clean air flow vertical and unidirectional, thus ensuring the required cleanliness in the working area.
1. Ventilation system: Clean sheds are usually equipped with efficient ventilation systems to keep the air flowing and reduce particulates and other pollutants in the air. The ventilation system also exhausts unclean air and introduces filtered fresh air.
2. Filters: The ventilation system of the clean shed includes high-efficiency air filters, usually HEPA (high-efficiency particulate air filter) or ULPA (ultra-high-efficiency particulate air filter). These filters can capture and remove tiny particles to ensure that particulate matter in the air remains at an acceptable level.
3. Air quality control: Clean sheds usually use negative or positive pressure systems to prevent outside air from entering or internal air from escaping. This helps maintain a clean environment.

Clean room features
Low installation cost, modular design makes assembly easy.
It can be moved freely, reducing the unnecessary clean room expenses.
Compact design, light weight, and mobile four-sided vinyl transparent curtain with casters.
The environment area of the clean area under the module can be set larger.
It can easily achieve cleanliness between 100-10,000 levels.
Multiple units can be combined to achieve different cleanliness level requirements for large clean areas.
Clean room material
Frame: 50*50 plastic-sprayed steel square tube (stable, beautiful, no rust, no dust)
Electrostatic curtain: 0.5mm mesh (good anti-static effect, high transparency, clear mesh, good flexibility, no deformation, not easy to age; dustproof and anti-static)
Acrylic board: Only transparent acrylic board has the light transmittance comparable to laminated glass, but the hardness is only half of tempered glass. In addition, it is not as easy to break as laminated glass, and even if it is damaged, it will not produce sharp fragments like tempered glass.
Filter unit FFU: AC EBM355 centrifugal fan, size 1175*1175*350mm, high-efficiency two-stage filtration system, filtration efficiency 99.99% (0.3um), adjustable wind speed, maximum air volume: 2200m3/min), (with long life, low noise, maintenance-free, low vibration, stepless speed change, etc., reliable fan quality, long working life and unique air duct design, greatly improve the efficiency of the fan and reduce noise)

Clean room installation
Installation location: The clean shed should be installed in a dry, ventilated, well-lit environment, avoiding direct sunlight. The installation location must also meet the special requirements of related industries, such as anti-static and anti-corrosion.
Foundation construction: The foundation construction of the clean shed should meet the design requirements to ensure that the foundation is flat, solid and horizontal. After the foundation construction, it should be inspected and accepted, and the clean shed can be installed only after it is qualified.
Frame installation: The clean shed frame is made of steel, and the verticality and horizontality of the frame should be ensured during installation. After the frame is installed, anti-corrosion and anti-rust treatment should be carried out.
Ceiling and wall panel installation: The ceiling and wall panels should be made of purification panels or other materials that meet the clean requirements. During installation, the flatness and joints of the ceiling and wall panels should be ensured to avoid loopholes.
Air purification system installation: The clean shed should be equipped with an air purification system, including high-efficiency filters, air showers, ultraviolet disinfection lamps, etc. During installation, ensure that the connections between the components are tight to avoid air leakage.
Lighting system installation: The clean shed should be equipped with a lighting system, including LED lamps, etc. During installation, the waterproof and dustproof performance of the lamps and the uniformity of illumination should be ensured.
Electrical system installation: The electrical system of the clean room should comply with relevant national standards and industry requirements. During installation, the power supply should be stable and safe, and the normal operation of each electrical equipment should be ensured.
Grounding treatment: The grounding treatment of the clean room should meet the design requirements to ensure the safe operation of the equipment inside the clean room.
Acceptance and commissioning: After the installation of the clean room is completed, acceptance should be carried out. After the acceptance is qualified, the clean room should be debugged to ensure the normal operation of each system and achieve the expected clean effect.
Clean room inspection
Clean room testing standards include:
There are many reference standards for clean room testing, which are mainly divided into domestic standards and international standards.
Domestic standards:
GB 50073-2001 "Cleanroom Design Specifications"
GB 50333-2002 "Technical Specifications for Clean Operating Rooms in Hospitals"
GB 50346-2004 "Technical Specifications for Biosafety Laboratory Buildings"
GB 50591-2010 "Cleanroom Construction and Acceptance Specifications"
GB/T 16292-2010 "Test Methods for Suspended Particles in Cleanrooms (Areas) for Pharmaceutical Industry"
GB/T 16293-2010 "Test Methods for Microorganisms in Cleanrooms (Areas) for Pharmaceutical Industry"
International standards:
ISO14644 series of standards, covering the test methods and requirements for air cleanliness, air flow, temperature and humidity, pressure difference, etc.
ISO14698 series of standards, covering the principles and methods of microbial monitoring Different cleanroom application areas may need to refer to different standards, and the appropriate test items and methods should be selected according to the actual situation.
Clean room testing methods
The following tests should be conducted for the cleanliness of the clean room air:
Empty state test: The clean room has been completed, the clean air conditioning system is in normal operation, and the test is conducted when there are no process equipment and production personnel in the room.
Static test: The clean room clean air conditioning system is in normal operation, the process equipment has been installed, and the test is conducted when there are no production personnel in the room.
Dynamic test: The clean room is tested when it is in normal production. The detection of air volume, wind speed, positive pressure, temperature, humidity, and noise in the clean room can be carried out according to the relevant regulations of general use and air conditioning.
The test method for the air cleanliness of the working area of the Class 100 clean room is to use the light scattering particle counting method for counting dust particles with a particle size greater than or equal to 0.5 microns. The filter membrane microscope counting method can also be used for counting dust particles with a particle size greater than or equal to 5 microns.
