Frame Material

The frame of the clean room is usually made of stainless steel square pass, iron square pass and aluminum profile. Stainless steel square pass has good corrosion resistance and mechanical properties, suitable for high humidity or volatile gas environment. Roofing materials

Clean shed roof materials generally include stainless steel plate, cold rolled steel spraying, anti-static grid curtains and plexiglass. Stainless steel plate is resistant to high temperature and corrosion, and is suitable for clean environments with high requirements. Cold rolled steel spray molding has a better dust and wear resistance. Anti-static grid curtains and plexiglass are mainly used for electrical safety requirements of higher occasions.

Air supply material

FFU laminar flow hood (FFU fan filtration unit) is generally used for the air supply part of the clean room, which can provide uniform clean air flow and ensure the cleanliness inside the clean room.

Enclosure Material

The enclosure materials of the clean room generally include anti-static curtains and anti-static plexiglass panels. Both anti-static curtains and plexiglass panels have good anti-dust and anti-static properties and are suitable for environments where static electricity needs to be controlled.

Structural composition

Application Scenario

Clean room is widely used in electronics, semiconductor, precision machinery, medicine, food and other industries, especially in the production of semiconductor and electronic products, the cleanliness of the environment requirements are extremely high, any small dust may cause serious impact on the product.

Preparatory work: Before starting the installation, the installation environment needs to be thoroughly cleaned to ensure that the ground is level and free of debris and dust. At the same time, check whether all the accessories and materials of the clean shed are complete and whether they meet the design requirements.

Installation of brackets and frames: Install the brackets and frames according to the design and specifications of the clean room. The brackets are usually made of aluminum alloy profiles to ensure that they are stable and reliable.

Installation of wall panels and ceilings: according to the design requirements, install the wall panels and ceilings onto the brackets correctly and make sure the joints are tight to avoid any holes.

Installation of doors and windows: according to the design of the clean room, install the doors and windows and make sure that they are well sealed and free from air leakage.

Installation of filters and fans: Install the high-efficiency filters and ensure the cleanliness and integrity of the filters. Subsequently install the fan and connect the power cord.

Connect power and control system: Connect the clean shed to the power supply correctly and ensure electrical safety. Connect wires and control systems according to the electrical requirements of the cleanroom.

System Testing: After the installation is complete, perform system testing, including checking filtration effectiveness, air velocity, airflow distribution, etc., to ensure that the cleanroom is operating properly.

Dust Particle Count Test

Dust particle count is a key indicator for evaluating the performance of a clean room. According to ISO 14644-1, the number of suspended particles inside the clean room needs to be controlled in both static and dynamic conditions. The maximum allowable number is 3500 particles/m³ in static condition and 7500 particles/m³ in dynamic condition. When testing, professional particle counters should be used, in accordance with the specified sampling methods and procedures, to determine the concentration of dust particles in different locations within the clean room.

Wind speed test

The wind speed test is used to determine whether the air mobility in the clean room can meet the requirements. Ideally, the wind speed in the clean room should be controlled between 0.2-0.5m/s. When testing, you need to use an anemometer in the air outlet or air ducts for measurement to ensure that the wind speed is uniform and within the prescribed range.

The number of air changes detection

The number of air changes reflects the frequency of air renewal in the clean room, which is directly related to the purification efficiency of the clean room. Generally speaking, the recommended number of air changes is 3-5 times per hour. When testing, the number of air changes is determined by calculating the ratio of air supply per unit of time to the volume of the clean room.

Temperature and humidity testing

Temperature and humidity have a significant impact on the comfort of the personnel in the clean room and product quality. The recommended temperature control is between 22-25°C and humidity between 50-70%. Real-time monitoring using a thermo-hygrometer ensures stable environmental parameters.

Pressure testing

Pressure testing is used to assess the sealing performance of the cleanroom. The pressure inside the clean room should be slightly higher than the external pressure by 5-10Pa to prevent the intrusion of external contaminants. A manometer is used to detect the pressure difference to ensure the closure of the clean room.
