• Manual inverter system for air velocity:

Neg Furls Negative Pressure Weighing Chambers are equipped with an advanced manual inverter system for one-button operation, allowing the user to quickly complete weighing tasks while ensuring that the air velocity in the main workspace always operates uniformly.

• Superior air distribution:

Highly efficient air flow design ensures uniform air distribution throughout the weighing area, thus providing a highly clean working environment.

• Use environment and conditions:

Suitable for use at temperatures from 5°C to 40°C, relative humidity not greater than 85% (no condensation), and atmospheric pressure from 86KPa to 106KPa. Power requirement is AC380v, three-phase, 50HZ.

• Box structure material:

The box body is made of SUS304# sanded stainless steel with a thickness of 1.0MM, the surface is sanded, smooth and seamless, easy to clean and maintain. Welding is smooth, no dead angle, ensuring the sealing and beauty of the equipment.

• Polymer homogeneous flow membrane:

The air outlet surface is made of polymer equalizing film, ensuring that the uniformity of wind speed can be controlled within 5%-10%, providing a stable airflow environment.

STAINLESS STEEL:304 stainless steel is one of the most commonly used materials for its excellent corrosion resistance and ability to remain stable in wet or chemical environments. In addition, 304 stainless steel has good mechanical strength and impact resistance to withstand the impacts and vibrations that may occur in daily use.

• Application environment:

Select the appropriate material according to the environmental conditions where the weighing chamber is located, such as temperature, humidity and chemical properties.

• Corrosion resistance:

If the weighing chamber will come into contact with corrosive substances, materials with high corrosion resistance should be prioritized.

• Strength requirements:

According to the load bearing and impact resistance requirements of the weighing chamber, select the material with sufficient strength.

• Cost considerations:

Under the premise of meeting the requirements of use, reasonable consideration of cost-effectiveness, select cost-effective materials.　

Negative pressure weighing room is mainly composed of working area, return air box body, fan box body, air outlet box body and outer box body. It adopts the form of vertical unidirectional airflow, pre-filtering large dust particles through the primary filter, then secondary filtering through the intermediate filter, and finally forming a clean airflow after being processed by the high-efficiency filter. This series of filtration system ensures the cleanliness of the air, and at the same time, part of the clean air is discharged through the exhaust system to maintain the negative pressure in the working area and prevent the spread of pollutants.
