High temperature resistant high efficiency filter with partition is a kind of filter designed for high temperature environment, which can maintain high efficiency filtration performance under higher temperature. This kind of filter adopts ultra-fine glass fiber filter paper as the filter material, folded with adhesive board paper, aluminum foil board and other materials as the separator, sealed with new type polyurethane sealant, and has galvanized plate, stainless steel plate, aluminum alloy profile and so on as the outer frame. Its main features are high efficiency, low resistance, high temperature resistance, and it can be used for a long time under the environment of 250-350℃.
Design Features
High efficiency filtration: adopting ultra-fine glass fiber filter paper or other high temperature resistant filter material, together with special structural design, it achieves a filtration efficiency of up to 99.99% or more, and is suitable for the filtration of particles of 0.3μm.
High-temperature resistant performance: able to work for a long time in the environment of 250℃ to 350℃, some models can even reach 400℃ to meet the special needs of high-temperature environment.
Solid structure: The use of aluminum foil sheet or offset paper as separator, combined with stainless steel or galvanized outer frame and high temperature resistant sealant, ensures the structural integrity and sealing of the filter under high temperature.
Large dust holding capacity: The reasonably designed pleat structure and filter media layout make the filter area increase significantly, thus having a larger dust holding capacity and prolonging the service life.
Low resistance: Optimized filter media spacing and partition design reduces air flow resistance and ensures smooth air circulation.

Filtration efficiency grade
The filtration efficiency class of high temperature resistant compartmentalized high efficiency filters is classified according to EN1822 standard, and the common efficiency classes include H13 and H14, in which the filtration efficiency of H13 class filter for 0.3μm particles can be up to 99.97%, and the filtration efficiency of H14 class is even higher, which can be up to more than 99.99%. Such filtration efficiency is sufficient to meet the air purification needs of most high temperature environments.
