Principle
The Neg Furls Negative Pressure Weighing Chamber provides the user with a high level of cleanliness through an advanced air filtration and circulation system that works as follows:
First, the air in the weighing chamber is initially purified by primary and secondary filters, and then pressed by centrifugal fans into a static pressure box. Immediately afterward, the air passes through the high-efficiency filter, enters the airflow diffusion air supply unit, and is blown out evenly from the air outlet surface. The clean air flows through the work area at a uniform sectional air velocity, ensuring a high degree of cleanliness in the work area.
The operating area of the center weighing hood is always kept under negative pressure while 10% of the circulating air is discharged. The air in the weighing compartment is self-circulating through a three-stage filtration system containing high-efficiency filters capable of removing 99.99% of particles (≥0.3μm). This design is fully compliant with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) requirements for pharmaceutical companies.
Under the pressure provided by the centrifugal fan, the air passes through the high-efficiency filter to achieve cleanliness.
