Features and advantages

Industrial-grade 4080 aluminum profiles or optional SUS304 stainless-steel frames provide reliable structural support. Prefabricated, bolt-together components simplify installation, disassembly, relocation and future expansion without requiring permanent building modifications.

Low-noise AC or energy-efficient EC fan filter units deliver stable, filtered vertical airflow. FFU quantity and operating speed can be configured to provide approximately 20–600 air changes per hour and 0.2–0.45 m/s airflow for the required cleanliness level.

H13 or H14 HEPA filters provide minimum efficiencies of 99.95% or 99.995% at the most penetrating particle size. Individually testable filters help control airborne contamination and support cleanroom classification testing in accordance with ISO 14644 requirements.

Durable 2.0 mm PVC curtains are available with permanent anti-static properties and a typical surface resistance of 10⁶–10⁹ Ω. The flexible enclosure reduces particle intrusion and dust attraction while helping protect static-sensitive electronic components.

The enclosure size, FFU coverage, filtration grade and airflow rate can be engineered for ISO 5, ISO 6, ISO 7 or ISO 8 operation. This scalable approach provides targeted contamination control without the cost and energy demand of constructing a full-size permanent cleanroom.

An optional centralized controller provides synchronized FFU operation, stepless speed adjustment, operating-status monitoring and fault alerts. Airflow can be matched to production demand to improve efficiency while maintaining a typical positive pressure of 5–20 Pa.

The modular ceiling grid securely supports FFUs, HEPA filters and cleanroom LED lighting. Sealed connection points minimize unfiltered air bypass, while removable ceiling modules provide convenient access for filter inspection, maintenance and future system upgrades.

Heavy-duty swivel casters allow the complete enclosure to be repositioned within production, assembly or laboratory areas. Integrated brakes provide secure placement during operation, making the cleanroom suitable for temporary projects, changing process lines and reusable clean zones.

FAQ
Deiiang Portable Softwall Cleanrooms can be designed and tested for ISO 5–ISO 8 airborne-particle cleanliness classes in accordance with ISO 14644-1. Testing may include particle counting, HEPA filter integrity testing, airflow measurements and differential-pressure verification. Compliance depends on the approved design, installation, operating state and site conditions; project-specific test reports and acceptance records can be supplied.
As-built handover can include airborne-particle classification according to ISO 14644-1, HEPA filter integrity testing using an approved aerosol method, FFU airflow and face-velocity measurements, air-change-rate calculations, differential-pressure checks, temperature and relative-humidity readings and smoke-flow visualization. Tests are conducted with calibrated instruments, and the resulting reports and calibration certificates can be included in the handover package.
The appropriate class depends on the process, contamination risk, product requirements, occupancy and applicable regulations. ISO 5 is generally selected for highly particle-sensitive operations, while ISO 6–ISO 8 configurations support progressively less critical processes. Deiiang evaluates the room dimensions, equipment heat load, personnel flow and surrounding environment before recommending FFU quantity, HEPA grade, airflow rate and layout. The user remains responsible for confirming industry-specific regulatory requirements.
Ceiling-mounted fan filter units deliver filtered air through HEPA H13 or H14 filters, while the softwall curtains separate the controlled zone from the surrounding room. Positive pressure and continuous downward airflow help dilute particles and direct contamination toward low-level curtain gaps or designated return paths. Actual performance is verified after installation because door activity, personnel, equipment and the background environment can affect cleanliness.
Antistatic PVC curtains can be specified for ESD-sensitive applications. The frame, curtains and relevant equipment should be bonded and grounded according to the approved ESD-control plan, and surface-resistance performance should be confirmed against the project specification. Curtains must also be cleaned with compatible, low-lint materials and approved cleaning agents. Material data sheets and available test records can be supplied for the selected curtain system.
Yes. Its modular frame, replaceable curtain sections and optional lockable casters allow the enclosure to be relocated, resized or expanded as production requirements change. Before movement, electrical supplies must be disconnected safely and the FFUs, frame and casters must be secured. After relocation or modification, the cleanroom should be inspected, cleaned and retested to confirm that its specified ISO classification and airflow performance are maintained.
Portable softwall systems primarily provide particle control and normally rely on the host facility for temperature and humidity conditioning. Where tighter environmental limits are required, optional cooling, heating, dehumidification or humidification can be integrated following a site heat-load and moisture-load assessment. Because softwall enclosures are not fully airtight, achievable stability depends on the surrounding room, process loads and access frequency.
Routine maintenance includes cleaning the curtains and frame, replacing pre-filters, monitoring HEPA filter pressure drop, checking FFU airflow, inspecting curtain overlap and perimeter gaps and verifying casters, brakes, wiring, lighting and grounding. Particle classification, HEPA integrity and airflow tests should be repeated at intervals defined by the site quality plan and after major repairs, filter replacement or relocation.
Deiiang can provide replacement pre-filters, HEPA filters, FFU components, antistatic PVC curtain sections, lighting, control parts and caster assemblies matched to the supplied system. Preventive-maintenance guidance, remote troubleshooting and scheduled onsite service may also be provided according to the project location and service agreement. Recommended spare-parts lists and maintenance schedules are available with the equipment documentation.
Yes. Depending on the agreed project scope, the documentation package can include approved drawings, equipment specifications, filter certificates, material data sheets, operation and maintenance manuals, instrument calibration certificates, airborne-particle results, HEPA integrity reports, airflow and pressure records and commissioning summaries. For regulated applications, documentation and qualification responsibilities should be defined before manufacture because requirements vary by industry, site and jurisdiction.
A portable softwall cleanroom may provide localized particle control, but it is not automatically suitable for aseptic or sterile processing. Such applications require a documented contamination-control strategy, microbial controls, qualified cleaning and disinfection procedures, personnel controls and compliance with applicable GMP or regulatory requirements. Deiiang can configure the enclosure to support a defined process, but suitability must be confirmed through a project-specific risk assessment and qualification program.
Deiiang provides project-specific cleanroom design, modular construction, filtration selection, installation guidance, performance testing and technical documentation. Recommendations are based on the required ISO class, process risk, room size, occupancy, equipment layout and host-facility conditions rather than a one-size-fits-all configuration. Clearly defined acceptance criteria and documented test results help customers evaluate performance before final handover.
