Design Features
Working Principle
Physical filtration: The pore size on the filter material blocks solid particles, bacteria and other particles and prevents these particles from passing through the filter. Filter materials with different pore sizes can filter particles of different sizes, thus realizing effective separation of particles.
Chemical adsorption: some filter materials have chemical adsorption function, can adsorb specific harmful substances, such as organic solvents, gas pollutants, etc., so as to achieve the purpose of purifying the air.
Electrochemical filtration: Using electrochemical principles, specific ions or compounds are migrated to electrodes of different polarities to realize selective separation and filtration of specific substances.

Material composition
Use standard
High-temperature-resistant high-efficiency filters with separators should comply with at least the Chinese national standard GBT14295-2019 “air filters” or GB/T13554-2023 “high-efficiency air filters”, or use the latest international standards EN779 (Primary filters, Intermediate filters) or ENI822 (Sub-high efficiency filters, High efficiency filters). These standards stipulate the performance requirements and test methods of the filters to ensure the quality and safety of the filters.
Precautions for use
Primary filters shall be fixed around the perimeter with potting glue to ensure that they are securely attached to the filter frame.
The sub-master frame of the medium-effect filter shall be attached with sealing tape on all four sides of one side to enhance the sealing performance of the filter.
The filtration efficiency should reach 0.3μm,99.99% to meet the filtration requirements in most high temperature environments.
In the process of installation and maintenance, damage to the filter media should be avoided to avoid affecting the filtration effect.
Application Examples

Maintenance
In order to ensure the long-term effective operation of high-temperature resistant partitioned high-efficiency filters, regular maintenance and upkeep are essential. The resistance and filtration efficiency of the filter should be checked regularly, and damaged filter media or outer frame should be replaced in time. At the same time, it should be avoided to install the filter on high temperature equipment without complete curing, so as not to cause cracking, swelling of the glue and the glue detaching from the outer frame.
