The filter is made of ultra-fine glass fiber media with hot melt adhesive as the separator, which effectively reduces operating costs. The spacerless design of the thermoplastic spacer ensures consistent pleat spacing to maintain optimal airflow through the filter, achieving a high dust holding capacity and fully utilizing the filter media throughout the entire depth of the filter. In addition, the outer frame is usually made of anodized aluminum alloy or other durable materials to ensure strength and corrosion resistance. The filter is sealed around the perimeter with a special sealant to ensure an overall airtight seal. In order to protect the filter paper from damage, the inlet and outlet air surfaces are often fitted with plastic-sprayed protective mesh.
