Separatorless high-efficiency filter is an advanced air filtration equipment, which is mainly used to capture particles of dust below 0.5um and various suspended matters. It is widely used in the air supply at the air conditioning end of dust-free purification workshop in many industries, such as optical electronics, LCD liquid crystal manufacturing, biomedicine, precision instruments, beverage and food, PCB printing and so on. With its unique structure and high efficiency filtration performance, the high efficiency filter without partition has become an indispensable equipment for maintaining a high cleanliness environment in many industries.
Design Features
High efficiency and low resistance: the partitionless high-efficiency filter adopts advanced technology to achieve a filtration efficiency of over 99.97% for ≥0.3μm particles, and at the same time, while maintaining high efficiency, it can also achieve low resistance to ensure smooth air flow.
Light weight and thin thickness: Compared with traditional filters, the spacerless high-efficiency filter is lighter in weight and thinner in thickness under the premise of ensuring the same filtration efficiency, which greatly reduces the occupation of space and the load on the equipment.
Convenient installation and low running cost: the design of the partitionless high-efficiency filter takes into account the convenient installation method, which simplifies the installation process, saves the installation time and reduces the running cost. Meanwhile, due to its low resistance characteristics, the energy consumption is low, further reducing the long-term operation cost.
High filtration precision: the removal rate of suspended solids in water can reach more than 95%, and it also has a certain removal effect on impurities such as macromolecular organic matter, viruses, bacteria, colloids, iron, etc. It is especially suitable for treated water after good coagulation treatment.
Fast filtration speed: the general filtration speed is 40m³/h, up to 60m³/h, which is more than 3 times of the common sand filter, and meets the demand of fast filtration.
Large dirt-holding capacity: generally 15-35kg/m³, more than 4 times that of ordinary sand filter, which means that under the same filtration conditions, the high efficiency filter without partition can handle more sewage, reducing the replacement frequency and maintenance workload.
Low backwashing water consumption rate: the backwashing water consumption is less than 1-2% of the cycle filtration water consumption, which saves water resources significantly and conforms to the environmental protection concept of water conservation.

Installation and Maintenance
In terms of installation, the spacerless high-efficiency filter provides a variety of mounting methods, which can be installed on the ceiling keel or color steel plate ceiling in conjunction with a variety of brands of fans. In order to prolong the service life of the filter, it is recommended that the air should be pre-filtered by no less than F8 (90%-95% for colorimetric method) before it enters. As for maintenance, it is necessary to regularly check whether there is any debris blocking situation on the air inlet surface of the filter and whether there is any damage on the surface of the filter media, and repair or replace it if necessary.
