Wuhan University Stomatological Hospital is a Grade 3A specialized hospital. The predecessor of Wuhan University Stomatological Hospital is Hubei Medical University Stomatological Hospital, which was founded in 1960, and is the first stomatological department established by the new China by its own strength. After decades of efforts and construction, it has now developed into a higher dental school integrating teaching, scientific research and medical treatment, and is one of the important dental schools and major dental education bases in China.

Client Profile

Wuhan University School of Stomatology is a tertiary-level specialized hospital located in Hongshan District, Wuhan City, Hubei Province. Affiliated with Wuhan University, its predecessor was the Department of Stomatology of Hubei Medical College, established in 1960 as the first stomatology department in New China built entirely with domestic resources. It opened as the Affiliated Stomatology Hospital of Hubei Medical College in 1962, and was renamed Hubei Medical University School of Stomatology in 1993. After merging with Wuhan University in 2000, it adopted its current name [1] [5] [7]. Its Optics Valley branch began trial operation in October 2023 [4]. The hospital holds the right to grant doctoral degrees in stomatology and has a postdoctoral research station. Oral basic medicine is a national key discipline, and it houses a key laboratory of oral biomedical science under the Ministry of Education [1] [6]. Three of its achievements have won the National Science and Technology Progress Award (Second Prize) [1] [7], and seven of its departments are designated as national key clinical specialties. It operates 14 branch clinics in Wuhan, Yichang, Dongguan, and other locations [1] [5], and has signed research cooperation agreements with universities in the United States, Japan, the Netherlands, and other countries, undertaking international academic exchanges and talent training [1] [6]. It also collaborates with the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Kinshasa in the Democratic Republic of Congo on telemedicine projects.

This project was handled by our experienced cleanroom construction team, which consisted of 5 project managers, 15 engineers, and 40 skilled workers. All members hold relevant certifications and have received professional cleanroom construction training, ensuring project quality and timely completion.
