This clean room facility for small package edible salt production was constructed in 2018 by Deiiang Company. The project follows GMP standards and includes all necessary systems for food-grade production.
Initial design phase completed by Deiiang Company, including architectural layout, clean room classification (GMP standards), process flow design, and equipment planning.
Main structure construction including wall panels (sandwich panels), ceilings, and doors/windows. All materials selected for smooth surfaces, non-shedding properties, and easy cleaning.
Installation of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems with HEPA filtration to maintain required cleanliness levels (ISO Class 7/8).
Installation of epoxy flooring with anti-static and anti-slip properties. Seamless flooring with coving at wall junctions to facilitate cleaning and prevent contamination.
Installation of stainless steel piping for water supply and drainage systems. Includes water purification system and dedicated drains for different process areas.
Installation of power distribution, lighting (sealed fixtures), emergency power system, and control panels. Implementation of clean room-specific electrical requirements.
Installation of production equipment including filling machines, packaging systems, conveyors, and quality control instruments. All equipment designed for clean room environment.
Comprehensive testing of all systems including air cleanliness (particle count), pressure differentials, airflow patterns, and equipment functionality.
This project was handled by our experienced cleanroom construction team, which consisted of 5 project managers, 15 engineers, and 40 skilled workers. All members hold relevant certifications and have received professional cleanroom construction training, ensuring project quality and timely completion.
