The high efficiency filter without partition (HEPA) is an efficient air filtration device, which is mainly composed of two parts: filter material and filter mechanism. Filter materials usually include paper filter paper, filter mesh, filter cotton, activated carbon, etc. These materials have different pore sizes and surface properties, and can filter out specific particles in the air in a targeted manner. The filtration mechanism mainly includes inertial sedimentation, interception, adsorption and chemical reaction, etc., through which these mechanisms work together to realize the effective removal of airborne particles.

High filtration efficiency
The filtration efficiency of partitionless high-efficiency filter for ≥0.3μm particles is above 99.9995%, much higher than that of traditional filters, which is especially suitable for environments with extremely high cleanliness requirements, such as semiconductor manufacturing, pharmaceutical industry and hospitals.
Compact structure and light weight
The partitionless design reduces the volume and weight of the filter, while maintaining a large filtration area, making the filter lighter and easier to install.
Low resistance, high air velocity
The design of partitionless high-efficiency filters allows higher air velocity to pass through, generally 40m/h, up to 60m/h, which is more than three times that of ordinary sand filters, effectively reducing the resistance in the filtration process.
Large dirt-holding capacity
The dirt-holding capacity of partitionless high-efficiency filter is large, generally 15-35kg/m³, which is more than 4 times that of ordinary sand filter, which means that the partitionless filter can handle more pollutants under the same air volume and filtration efficiency.
Low backwashing water consumption
Backwashing water consumption is less than 1-2% of the cycle filtration water consumption, which is significantly lower than that of traditional filters, saving water resources and reducing operation costs.

The construction details of the high efficiency filter without partition include aluminum alloy frame and special sealant to ensure the sealing of the filter. The air inlet and outlet surfaces are equipped with plastic spraying protective mesh to protect the inner filter paper from damage. Filter Media Material
