Filter System:
We utilize a two-stage filtration system consisting of a primary filter and a high-efficiency filter. HEPA filters meet DOP or PAO testing standards to ensure filtration effectiveness. The two-stage filter design allows for easy removal and replacement from the front or the top, greatly simplifying maintenance.
Lighting and Sterilization:
The lighting system in the weighing room has been carefully designed to ensure that the illumination level at one meter from the floor is more than 300 Lux, providing a good working environment for the operator. Users can choose sterilization lamps or ozone generators to meet the needs of sterilization in different scenarios to further enhance the cleanliness.
Box material:
The overall cabinet of the weighing chamber is made of high quality SUS304 stainless steel, which is shaped through bending, welding and assembling processes. Principle
Neg Furls negative pressure weighing chambers are designed with vertical unidirectional airflow to ensure a steady unidirectional flow of clean air in the work area. The return air system passes through a pre-filter to remove large particles of dust and protect the service life of the high efficiency filter.
The pre-filtered air passes through the high-efficiency filter under the pressure of the centrifugal fan to reach the clean standard. The air supply and exhaust of the system are processed by high-efficiency filters to effectively avoid secondary pollution and ensure the cleanliness of the working environment.
Inside the negative pressure weighing room, the system prevents dust from leaking out by generating negative pressure so that the direction of air flow is from outside to inside. Dust and other particles are collected in the lower enclosure and connected to a dust collector through the air duct for centralized treatment, ensuring a safe and clean operating environment.
