Filtration System: This product is equipped with a two-stage filtration system of primary filters and high-efficiency filters, of which the high-efficiency filter meets the requirements of DOP or PAO testing. The filters are designed for easy maintenance and can be easily removed and replaced from the front or the top.
Lighting and Sterilization: The lighting system in the weighing chamber has an illumination of more than 300 Lux at a height of one meter from the floor, providing sufficient and uniform illumination. Sterilization function can be equipped with germicidal lamp or ozone generator to ensure environmental hygiene.
Socket configuration: The weighing chamber is equipped with waterproof and dustproof industrial sockets, the number of which can be customized to meet the requirements of different equipment.

Principle
The Neg Furls Negative Pressure Weighing Chamber utilizes a unique vertical unidirectional airflow design that ensures a high level of cleanliness in the work area and effectively prevents cross contamination. The principle of operation involves three key elements: vertical unidirectional airflow, high efficiency filters and a negative pressure environment.
The negative pressure weighing room uses the bag-in bag-out method to replace the G4 primary effect and F8 plate type intermediate effect filters to maintain the cleanliness of the air. The front of the operation area is equipped with a return air outlet, and a human-machine interface or button is installed on the front panel of the personnel standing area. The equipment is assembled from the working area, return air box, fan box, air outlet box and outer box.
The control panel is located at the front of the working area and adopts a light-touch LED control panel, which can control the starting and stopping of the blower, adjust the status of the blower, and adjust the wind speed required in the working area (adjustment after installation by a professional is required). A differential pressure gauge is provided next to it for testing the resistance of the filter. Inside the air supply box body, there is an exhaust air adjusting plate, which can adjust the exhaust air volume to a reasonable range (need to be adjusted by professional personnel after debugging, please do not adjust without authorization).
This design ensures the efficient operation and safety of the negative pressure weighing chamber, providing a clean and pollution-free working environment for users.
