Its core lies in the use of ultra-fine glass fiber filter paper as the filter media and hot melt adhesive as the separator. This design not only reduces the running cost, but also ensures that the airflow channels inside the filter are evenly distributed, thus realizing a high dust holding capacity and high efficiency filtration effect. In addition, the filter is sealed around the perimeter with a special sealant that ensures a tight seal throughout the filter. In order to protect the filter paper from damage, the inlet and outlet surfaces of the filter are also equipped with a special plastic spraying protective mesh. The air outlet side of the filter has a flange, and the inside of the flange is filled with liquid tank sealant, which further enhances the sealing performance. This sealant is a non-Newtonian liquid with the characteristics of non-volatile, non-oil creeping, acid and alkali resistant, non-toxic and odorless, and at the same time, it has good flame retardancy and stable electrical insulation properties. Since the air outlet side of the filter comes with a flange, the size of the air inlet side and the air outlet side may not be the same, and customers need to provide the specific size of the air inlet and air outlet sides when ordering. Each filter will undergo rigorous testing before leaving the factory to ensure that its performance is up to standard. The filtration efficiency grade is divided into two types, H13 and H14, corresponding to different filtration precision requirements.
Material composition and operating conditions
The filter media part is made of ultra-fine glass fiber filter paper, and the sealant is made of PU two-component polyurethane AB adhesive. The frame is usually made of aluminum profiles, and the protective mesh is sprayed diamond mesh. The separator is an EVA hot melt adhesive and the sealant can be either EVA or neoprene.
