1. Purpose
To strengthen the management of testing equipment and ensure the normal operation of equipment and facilities, and the conditions of facilities meet the requirements of the inspection process capability.
2. Scope of application
This procedure stipulates a series of requirements for the selection, acceptance, scrapping of testing equipment, and daily maintenance, sanitation and inspection and repair of testing equipment and facilities during use. This procedure applies to the control of the company's testing equipment and facilities.
3. Responsibilities
The laboratory is responsible for the management of testing equipment and facilities, and applies for metrological verification according to the periodic verification plan. The laboratory technician is responsible for the operation and execution according to the specified requirements, and is responsible for the daily maintenance and sanitation of the testing equipment and facilities.
4. Working procedures
4.1 Selection, installation, commissioning and acceptance of testing equipment.
4.1.1 The selection and purchase of large or important equipment shall be organized by the laboratory according to the arrangement of product testing planning, and the investigation and research shall be carried out to conduct technical and economic demonstrations, determine the best configuration, and the procurement plan shall be implemented after approval by the general manager.
4.1.2 The quality inspector shall organize the unpacking inspection of the newly purchased testing equipment when it enters the company; organize the relevant operators to install and debug under the guidance of the technical personnel
4.1.3 After the installation and debugging of the testing equipment is completed, the general manager, the person in charge of the quality inspector and the equipment manufacturer shall jointly conduct the acceptance, and the operation effect shall meet the factory technical requirements, and fill in the acceptance report. After the acceptance is qualified, the transfer procedures shall be handled, and the resulting documents and factory technical data shall be filed and preserved.
4.2 Daily maintenance of the use of testing equipment
The laboratory implements a strict job responsibility system for equipment use and implements fixed-person fixed-machine management. The laboratory must implement the instrument and equipment operating procedures and equipment maintenance system.
4.2.3 The laboratory should strengthen the daily maintenance and repair of equipment, and regularly clean and adjust the equipment.
4.3 Inspection of equipment and facilities
4.2.1 The person in charge of the laboratory's testing equipment and facilities shall conduct a patrol inspection of the testing equipment at least once a day,
4.3.2 For the testing equipment and facilities that have continuous quality problems, carefully inspect and repair them, analyze the causes, and keep records.
4.3.3 If an accident occurs in the testing equipment or facilities, the laboratory shall fill out the "Equipment and Facility Accident Report Form" and report it to the person in charge of the enterprise, organize relevant personnel to conduct investigation and analysis, find out the cause and take timely measures.
4.4 Maintenance of testing equipment and facilities
4.4.1 The maintenance of testing equipment and facilities shall adhere to the principle of "prevention first", promote the preventive maintenance technology of all employees based on condition monitoring, improve the maintenance level, shorten the maintenance time and reduce the maintenance cost.
4.4.2 The laboratory shall maintain and service the instruments and equipment according to the factory requirements and operating status of the equipment, and keep records
4.4.3 The laboratory shall prepare a preliminary plan for the overhaul plan, report it to the general manager, and prepare a plant-wide overhaul plan based on it and the operation of the equipment and facilities and the maintenance of previous years, and implement it after approval by the general manager. After the overhaul is completed, the relevant personnel of the laboratory shall form an acceptance team, conduct acceptance and calibration in accordance with the relevant standards, and fill out the equipment overhaul handover form after passing the acceptance.
4.5 Scrapping of testing equipment
4.5.1 Testing equipment that meets any of the following conditions shall be scrapped
a. Old equipment that has exceeded the prescribed service life, the equipment performance has not met the minimum use requirements, and cannot be repaired. The model is too old, the equipment performance does not meet the minimum use requirements, and the performance cannot be improved.
b. The model is too old, the equipment performance does not meet the minimum use requirements, and the performance cannot be improved.
c. Seriously affects the inspection, continued use will cause danger and accidents, and cannot be repaired.
d. The equipment is seriously damaged due to an accident and cannot be used or repaired.
4.6 Sanitary management of testing equipment and facilities
4.6.1 The laboratory and facilities must have necessary anti-rat and anti-fly measures
4.6.2 The laboratory technician should conduct sanitation cleaning before and after the inspection to prevent the retention of materials in the equipment and facilities and the occurrence of mildew;
4.6.3 Clean the laboratory environment regularly according to the requirements of the sanitation implementation rules, and conduct regular inspections
