Introduction of SIAS: The superior leading unit of Wuhan Institute of Advanced Technology (WIAT), SIAS has made outstanding achievements in just twelve years since its establishment, which fully verifies the advancement of its management concepts and innovation modes. SIAS adheres to the driving force of industrial demand, fully mobilizes the enthusiasm of researchers, increases competitive research funding year by year, reaching 1.4 billion yuan in 2018, and undertakes three major projects in Shenzhen (totaling about 3.5 billion yuan) and two infrastructure constructions (totaling about 2 billion yuan).
