This project provides a cleanroom environment that meets ISO Class 7 standards for high-end electronics manufacturing enterprises, specifically for SMT (Surface Mount Technology) electronic component assembly. The project covers a total area of 3,000 square meters and employs advanced air purification systems and temperature and humidity control technologies to ensure the stability and reliability of the production environment.
ABC Electronics Technology Co., Ltd. is an enterprise specializing in the research and development and manufacturing of high-end electronic equipment. Its products are widely used in the communications, medical, and industrial control fields. With business expansion and increasing production requirements, ABC Electronics has decided to build a cleanroom that meets international standards to improve product quality and production efficiency, and to meet the stringent reliability requirements of high-end customers.
Ground leveling and waterproofing treatment
Install wall panels, ceiling, and door/window systems
Install and commission FFU, ductwork, and control systems
Install electrical, lighting, monitoring systems and conduct preliminary tests
Final debugging, acceptance, and training of client operators
This project was handled by our experienced cleanroom construction team, which consisted of 5 project managers, 15 engineers, and 40 skilled workers. All members hold relevant certifications and have received professional cleanroom construction training, ensuring project quality and timely completion.
