Manual inverter system for air velocity
The negative pressure weighing chamber is equipped with a manual inverter system for air velocity to ensure a uniform and stable air velocity in the working area, which is essential for preventing the spread of dust and particles.
Unique air duct design
The unique air duct design effectively controls the working noise of the whole machine and optimizes the air flow path to reduce the impact of noise on operation.
Even flow design
The equal flow design in the main working area realizes accurate weighing and dispensing of dust and reagents, and at the same time controls the spillage and upward movement of dust and reagents, avoiding the risk of human inhalation and cross contamination.
Protective Measures
The weighing operation area is protected by a Class 100 vertical laminar flow ISO6 (NF, EN, ISO14644-1) to ensure a high standard of cleanliness.
Structure material
The structure material of the box is made of SUS304# sanded stainless steel, with a thickness of 1.0MM sanded plate, other thicknesses are available to ensure the robustness of the structure and easy to clean.
Polymer homogeneous flow membrane
The air outlet surface adopts polymer even flow membrane to ensure that the uniformity of wind speed is controlled between 5%-10%, which provides a stable environment for the weighing process.
Weighing Chamber Materials
Neg Furls negative pressure weighing chambers are mainly made of stainless steel, usually 304 or 316, to suit different working environments and requirements. Stainless steel is selected for its resistance to corrosion and abrasion to ensure that the chamber is able to operate stably over long periods of time in a variety of environments.
Structural design
Neg Furls negative pressure weighing chambers are designed to be structurally sound and durable. The entire chamber consists of the work area, return air box, fan box, discharge air box and outer box, each of which has been carefully designed to achieve optimal airflow paths and maximum ease of operation.
Filtration System
Neg Furls negative pressure weighing chambers are equipped with a multi-stage filtration system consisting of primary, intermediate, and high efficiency filters to capture particles of varying sizes and to ensure that the exhaust air meets predetermined cleanliness levels. An efficient filtration system is one of the core elements of the weighing chamber's performance.
Control System
Neg Furls negative pressure weighing chambers are equipped with advanced control systems, including variable frequency control, PLC control and touch screen operation. These control systems not only improve the ease of operation, but also enhance the automation level of the equipment and reduce the complexity of human operation.
Lighting and Sterilization
The interior of the weighing room is equipped with lighting to ensure sufficient light for the weighing process. It may also contain germicidal lamps or ozone generators to maintain a clean and safe weighing environment.
Principle
The heart of the Neg Furls negative pressure weighing chamber lies in the design of its airflow system. Firstly, the air flows from the top down through the working area, where it is pre-treated with large dust particles by means of primary and intermediate filters, and then, under pressure provided by a centrifugal fan, passes through a high efficiency filter to ensure that the air reaches the required level of cleanliness. During this process, most of the clean air is circulated back to the indoor work area, while a small portion is discharged out of the work area through the airflow regulator panel, creating a localized negative pressure environment. This design not only avoids the diffusion of pollutants, but also ensures the cleanliness of the air through a three-stage filtration system, i.e., primary, intermediate, and high-efficiency filters, which meets the requirements of high standards such as GMP.
