Negative Pressure Weighing Hood adopts modular design, which is easy to assemble and disassemble on site.
High Efficiency Filtration System
The air in the weighing chamber passes through a three-stage filtration system containing primary, medium and high efficiency filters, capable of filtering out 99.99% of particles (≥0.3μm). The design complies with pharmaceutical GMP requirements and ensures a highly clean operating environment.
Negative Pressure Maintenance
Negative pressure is maintained in the operating area at all times, ensuring that 10% of the recirculated air is exhausted, preventing contaminants from escaping.
High quality materialsThe weighing hood is made of 304 stainless steel, and the wall panels in the working area are also made of stainless steel 304 to ensure the durability and cleanliness of the equipment.
Touch Panel Control System
The front of the internal working area of the equipment is equipped with a touch panel inverter control system, which is convenient for users to operate and monitor.

Differential Pressure Gauge
The Differential Pressure Gauge is an important part of the Negative Pressure Weighing Chamber and is used to monitor the pressure difference between the inside and outside of the equipment to ensure that the equipment is always under negative pressure and to prevent dust from escaping. This design effectively reduces operator exposure to the product and complies with GMP guidelines.
Polymer flow homogenizing membrane
The polymer equalization membrane plays a vital role in the air supply system of the negative pressure weighing room. It can evenly distribute the clean airflow to the working area, ensure vertical unidirectional flow in the operation area, and achieve efficient filtration and purification.
Lighting / Sterilization
