• High Efficiency Filtration System

The air in the weighing chamber passes through a three-stage filtration system containing primary, medium and high efficiency filters, capable of filtering out 99.99% of particles (≥0.3μm). The design complies with pharmaceutical GMP requirements and ensures a highly clean operating environment.

• Negative Pressure Maintenance

Negative pressure is maintained in the operating area at all times, ensuring that 10% of the recirculated air is exhausted, preventing contaminants from escaping.

High quality materialsThe weighing hood is made of 304 stainless steel, and the wall panels in the working area are also made of stainless steel 304 to ensure the durability and cleanliness of the equipment.

• Touch Panel Control System

The front of the internal working area of the equipment is equipped with a touch panel inverter control system, which is convenient for users to operate and monitor.

• Differential Pressure Gauge

The Differential Pressure Gauge is an important part of the Negative Pressure Weighing Chamber and is used to monitor the pressure difference between the inside and outside of the equipment to ensure that the equipment is always under negative pressure and to prevent dust from escaping. This design effectively reduces operator exposure to the product and complies with GMP guidelines.

• Polymer flow homogenizing membrane

The polymer equalization membrane plays a vital role in the air supply system of the negative pressure weighing room. It can evenly distribute the clean airflow to the working area, ensure vertical unidirectional flow in the operation area, and achieve efficient filtration and purification.

• Lighting / Sterilization

The negative pressure weighing chamber is equipped with a push-button controlled lighting and sterilization system to ensure a bright and clean operating environment and reduce the risk of microbial contamination. The lighting system uses LED lights for easy cleaning and maintenance, while the sterilization system allows for regular sterilization of the work area without affecting operation.

• Weighing Table

The weighing table is made of high quality SUS304 stainless steel, which is easy to clean and corrosion-resistant, ensuring high cleanliness during the weighing process. Negative pressure weighing table is not only suitable for the weighing of raw and auxiliary materials of drugs, but also widely used in the handling of antibiotics and hormone drugs to prevent the spread of dust and cross contamination.

• Frequency conversion control

The fan system adopts frequency conversion control technology, which can adjust the wind speed according to the actual demand and ensure that the equipment can maintain the best performance under different working conditions. Through the control panel, users can easily adjust the fan switch and wind speed to optimize the airflow speed and stability of the working environment.

• Working Area

The working area is the core operating area of the negative pressure weighing chamber, preventing dust from escaping through the negative pressure environment. The working area is equipped with a control panel, which is convenient for the operator to control and monitor the equipment.

• Return air box and fan box

The return air box and fan box work together to realize air circulation and purification. The return air box is responsible for recycling the air from the working area and transporting it to the fan box for filtration to ensure the cleanliness of the circulating airflow. The fan in the fan box adjusts the wind speed according to the need and maintains the negative pressure in the working area.

• Air outlet box

The air outlet box is responsible for discharging the filtered clean air outside to form a safe and clean working environment. This design ensures that the air inside the negative pressure weighing chamber is always clean.

• Control Panel

The control panel is located on the front of the internal work area of the unit and features a light touch LED display for easy operation. The control panel allows the user to control the starting and stopping of the fan, to adjust the fan condition and to adjust the air speed required in the working area. After installation and use of the equipment, it is necessary to have specialists adjust the conditions to ensure that the equipment operates in the best possible condition.
