Negative pressure weighing chamber usually consists of working area, return air box body, fan box body, air outlet box body and outer box body. It is equipped with primary, intermediate and high efficiency filters to ensure the cleanliness of the air. In addition, it is equipped with variable air volume fan set, PLC control system and sensing system.

• Differential Pressure Gauge

The negative pressure weighing chamber is equipped with 2 differential pressure gauges, which are used to monitor the pressure difference between the chamber and the outside in real time to ensure that the equipment is maintained in the best working condition. The differential pressure gauges can reflect the change of resistance of the filter in time, which is convenient for operators to carry out maintenance and adjustment.

• Polymer flow-evening membrane

The air outlet surface of the equipment adopts polymer equalization membrane, which can significantly improve the uniformity of the air outlet, and control the uniformity of wind speed between 5% and 10%. The application of polymer equal flow film ensures the stability and consistency of air flow in the working area, effectively preventing the accumulation of dust.

• Lighting and Sterilization

The internal lighting design of the negative pressure weighing room is scientific, and the illuminance of the weighing area at one meter from the ground is more than 300 Lux, which provides sufficient light and ensures the accuracy and safety of operation. In order to meet the needs of different users, the equipment can be equipped with optional germicidal lamps or ozone generators, which can realize the efficient sterilization function and further enhance the cleanliness and safety of the working area.

• Filter

The equipment adopts a two-stage filtration system of primary filters and high-efficiency filters. The primary filter is used to intercept larger particles, while the HEPA filter meets DOP (Dioctyl Phthalate) or PAO (Polyalphaolefin) testing requirements to ensure reliable filtration. The HEPA filters are designed to be easily removed and replaced from the front or the top, greatly facilitating routine maintenance and replacement operations.
