1. Before entering the clean room, you must inform the manager and pass the basic training.
2. Smoking, eating (drinking), and bringing in foreign objects (such as newspapers, magazines, pencils, etc.) are strictly prohibited in the clean room. Running and chatting are strictly prohibited.
3. Before entering the modular clean room, you must take off your shoes in the designated place, put your shoes in the shoe cabinet, your outer clothes in the wardrobe, and your personal belongings in the private cabinet. No food can be placed in the cabinet.
4. To Enter the clean room, you must first go to the dressing room, put on the mask, dust-free hat, dust-free clothes and shoe covers according to the regulations and procedures, then go through the air cleaning room to clean the dust, and step on the dust-free carpet (on the floor of the cleaning room) before entering.
5. When wearing a mask, you should wear it over your nose, with the principle of covering your mouth and nostrils, to avoid contaminating the chip when breathing.
6. Before putting on the dust-free gown and dust-free cap, you should tidy up your clothes and hair to avoid feeling uncomfortable after putting on the dust-free gown.
7. After tidying up your appearance, put on the dust-free cap first. The principles of wearing a dust-free cap are:
(1) The hair must be completely covered by the cap and must not be exposed.
(2) The bottom of the dust-free cap should be flat on both shoulders so that it will not come out after putting on the work clothes, exposing the shoulders and neck.
8. After putting on the dust-free cap, put on the dust-free gown. The dust-free gown should be of appropriate size so that the trouser legs or sleeves are not too short and the skin is not exposed. When putting on clothes, pay attention to keeping the bottom of the cap flat. The dust-free gown should not be worn inside out.
9. After putting on the dust-free gown, put on the shoe covers. Pull up the shoe covers and smooth the shoe covers to ensure that they cover the trouser legs.
10. When wearing gloves, avoid touching the palm and fingertips of the gloves with bare hands (to prevent sodium ion contamination). After putting on gloves, the wrist of the gloves should be placed inside the sleeves to isolate the source of contamination. 11. After the clean-up clothes are properly put on, they must be washed and dust-removed before entering the clean room.
12. Whether entering or leaving the modular clean room, the clean-up clothes must be taken off in the locker room according to regulations. It cannot be done in other areas, especially not while walking in the clean room.
13. Clean-up clothes, shoe covers, etc. should be cleaned regularly. If they are damaged or unthreaded, they should be replaced immediately.
14. When taking off the clean-up clothes, the order is opposite to that when putting them on.
15. The clean-up clothes taken off should be hung up and placed in the upper cabinet in the locker room; the shoe covers should be placed under the hung clean-up clothes.
16. In the locker in the dressing room, no other items may be placed except for the specified items such as clean clothes.
17. Except for the specified papers and items, no other items may be brought into the clean room.
18. Clean clothes, etc. may not be taken out of the clean room and placed in the specified place after use.
19. Masks and gloves can be kept or reused according to the situation.
20. Anything entering the clean room must be wiped clean with alcohol.
21. Please inform the manager of any equipment entering and wipe it clean outside the clean room before entering.
22. Instruments that have not passed the assessment are prohibited from use. In case of emergency, appropriate treatment shall be carried out according to the emergency treatment procedures, such as turning off the water, electricity, gas and other switches.
23. Fire is absolutely not allowed in the clean room to avoid accidents.
