Heat-resistance Deep-pleated high efficiency filter, as the name suggests, is a filter that can still maintain high performance in a high temperature environment. It mainly consists of ultrafine glass fiber filter paper as the filter material, with plywood, aluminum foil and other materials folded into the partition, as well as a new type of polyurethane sealant sealing, and the outer frame is usually made of galvanized sheet, stainless steel or aluminum alloy profiles. The main features of high temperature resistant compartmentalized high efficiency filters include high efficiency filtration, low resistance, large dust holding capacity and the ability to be used for a long period of time under 250-350℃.

Standard Requirements
High-temperature resistant compartmentalized HEPA filters need to comply with relevant national or international standards, such as Chinese national standards GBT14295-2019 or GB/T13554-2023, and international standards EN779 or ENI822.

Preparation before use
Ensure that the filter model matches the environment in which it will be used, taking into account the size, airflow and efficiency rating of the filter.
For high-temperature resistant filters, if they are not fully cured before installation, follow the manufacturer's recommendations for a gradual warming, constant temperature and cooling process to ensure that the adhesive is fully cured.
Inspect the filter for damage or contamination and replace or clean if necessary.
Installation and Maintenance
When installing the filter make sure that the arrow markings on the filter point in the direction of the airflow.
Regularly check the resistance of the filter and replace it if necessary.
When replacing the filter, take care not to damage the filter material or sealant.
Check the filter and its surrounding area for leaks.
