Product Description

High-temperature resistant high efficiency filter with separator is a kind of filtration device designed for filtering air suspended particles above 0.3 micron. The filter uses high-temperature resistant ultra-fine glass fiber filter paper as the filter material and aluminum foil plates as the separators to ensure filtration efficiency and structural stability. The corrugated paper separator or aluminum separator maintains equal spacing between each pleated paper, which not only contributes to the smooth passage of airflow, but also enhances the overall strength of the filter. In addition, the filter is sealed around the perimeter with a special high-temperature-resistant inorganic adhesive, which ensures the tightness of the entire filter and avoids possible leakage. This filter can be used for long periods of time in environments up to 400°C and is silicone-free, making it ideal for industries that require high temperature resistance but cannot contain silicone.
