High temperature resistant high efficiency filter with spacer is a special kind of filtration equipment, which can maintain high efficiency filtration performance under high temperature environment. This filter is mainly made of ultra-fine glass fiber filter paper, supplemented by aluminum foil corrugated sheets as spacers, together with SUS304 stainless steel plate as the frame, and sealed and assembled with high temperature resistant sealant. Its main function is to filter airborne particles above 0.3μm, and it is widely used in equipment and systems that require high temperature air purification, such as semiconductor, pharmaceutical, food, liquid crystal display and chip industries.
Design Features
High efficiency filtration: These filters usually have extremely high filtration efficiency, which can effectively intercept particles above 0.3 micron and the efficiency can reach over 99.97%.
Low resistance: Well-designed filters can maintain low resistance, ensuring smooth air flow and reducing energy consumption.
Large Dust Capacity: Having a large dust capacity means that the filter can absorb more particles without being easily saturated, thus prolonging its service life.
High-temperature resistance: High-temperature resistant partitioned HEPA filters are able to work for a long time in environments ranging from 250℃ to 400℃, and some products can even reach 350℃.

Usage
Preparation before installation: Confirm that the specification and model of the filter meet the requirements for use, and check whether there is any breakage or leakage.
Temperature adaptability: Considering that the high-temperature-resistant filter may be used in high-temperature environments, it needs to be preheated appropriately, such as gradually warming up to 100°C, 150°C, 200°C, etc., and stopping the cooling after keeping it for a certain period of time at each temperature stage.
Maintenance and Replacement: Regularly check the air velocity and efficiency of the filter, and replace it in time if there is any decrease. When replacing, note that the model specification of the new filter matches that of the original filter, and install it carefully so as not to damage the filter material or the border.
